Great experience! I wish I remembered the names of the gentlemen that assisted me. However, they came out the same day I called to have my concern evaluated and came back first thing the following day to start the repairs. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. I spent several days battling my irrigation system and they were able to finish what I started and got me up and running. The woman in the office was also very kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to hire them again if I need any other assistance.

We recently had a leak in our sprinkler system and wanted to get it repaired. But our current company stated they are only doing winterizing now and would wait till spring then they'd make repairs. We wanted it repaired before winterizing! So we called two other companies. Same thing. We're only winterizing. Third call was to Prime Irrigation and they said sure, we can send someone out today. Sean came right out and was explaining what the possible causes might be and what the possible fixes might end up costing. That was really helpful to know what it might cost ahead of time so we wouldn't end up with some huge bill we weren't prepared for once the work was done. But as we were discussing things, it started sprinkling. Then it began to thunder and rain. Thundering got really loud and saw some lightning flash. I thought oh no, there goes our chance of anything getting fixed today. He'll have to leave as this storm comes through, But instead Sean said I think I'll hang around and see if the weather clears a bit. Sure enough the thunder & lightning stopped. It was still raining a little but Sean said that was okay. He went to work accessing the problem, found it and showed us what the problem was. Sean was great at explaining everything he did. Answered all our questions and gave us some very informative info. We were very impressed with Sean and our first experience with Prime Irrigation. I think we've found a new company to service our sprinkler system from now on. We highly recommend Prime Irrigation!!

Recently, my husband and I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Prime Time Irrigation Kilgore TX. We were particularly impressed by the company’s responsiveness, as demonstrated by their live answer to our 9:00 pm call on a Sunday evening. After discussing our concerns about our sprinkler system with Chris, he arrived at our residence the next morning at 7:00 am. Chris conducted a thorough inspection of the system, accurately diagnosed the issue, and provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs. Prime Time Irrigation Kilgore consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and knowledge throughout the process.

Old company was messing around, and were saying how much time it’s to take to repair. People on vacation, confusion… the a rude owner. The tech that a dug out the main pvc line and repaired it. They worked hard, and said we be contacted for a date to finish what they couldn’t that day. Never heard from office, sent status email. So Prime comes out… looked at everything quickly looking at half the price. He said why mess with an old system, just run a new one…. It’s cheaper. And it was at least half the price. All I can say is it doesn’t always pay to be loyal…. some businesses just expect you to stay. The guys started up and winterrized for 15 years.., they were great. When some bigger issue occurs…. that’s how you discover the real company. All I can say is it was a pleasure working with Prime and I highly recommend them if you an issue. I will never go back to where I was.
