Responsiveness: Quick responses on WhatsApp and calls—no complaints there.
Installation Support: Initial setup was smooth, and change requests were handled—though noticeably slower than the first response.
Pickup & Return: This is where the experience dipped. De-installation and pickup took 2 days, which added unnecessary stress.
Where They Seriously Need to Improve:
Rigid Monthly Billing Model:
For medical rentals—especially for palliative care—offering only monthly billing is unreasonable.
We paid 25,000 upfront, but the equipment was needed only for 2 days due to circumstances beyond our control. There was no flexibility, despite the situation being about terminal illness—not leisure use.
Refund Experience:
Requesting consideration meant 14 back-and-forth messages, only to get a token 10% refund—citing “policy” repeatedly.
Policies should guide business, not override basic compassion.
Missing Essentials Sold Separately:
Renting a hospital bed but being charged extra for essentials like a drip stand feels like nickel-and-diming during distress. In healthcare rental, these shouldn’t be “add-ons.” They should be part of the setup.
Transport Charges Are Exorbitant:
₹2800 for transport when local logistics platforms charge roughly ₹900 for the same movement? That’s not service — that’s markup without justification.
PrimeHealers delivers on equipment and communication, but the spirit of healthcare—empathy, fairness, and flexibility—is missing. When a family is already emotionally broken and financially stretched, quoting policy and maximizing margins over showing basic compassion is not just poor customer service — it’s tone-deaf.
This industry is not e-commerce.
You’re dealing with families at possibly the hardest moment of their lives.

Our rental terms are shared upfront and confirmed before delivery, because once equipment is dispatched, installed, and blocked for a customer, there is a significant opportunity cost. Multiple accessories—like side rails, mattresses, controllers, filters, connecting tunings, humidifiers, etc.—are bundled into the rental, and many of these require replacement or servicing after each use.
Even though our policy does not include partial refunds for short-duration usage, we still considered and processed an additional refund for you after adjusting for vendor charges, logistics, and technician compensation.
2. Logistics Charges Explained
We understand your concern about the transport cost. However, the comparison with local point-to-point delivery services does not reflect the nature of our operations.
Medical logistics involves:
Transport of multiple heavy and sensitive equipment
Trained technicians for safe delivery, installation, and de-installation
Two-way movement (delivery + pickup)
Careful handling to prevent functional damage
Higher liability due to equipment value
When all these components are considered, the actual cost exceeds the ₹2,800 charged. It is not comparable to standard 30–40 kg courier or tempo services that simply load and unload. Even third parties charge higher when you book 7 feet with helper for two way, you may check it.
3. Equipment & Accessories
Every home setup is customized to the patient’s condition. Certain items are optional because not all families require them. This is why some add-ons—like drip stands—are billed separately, and this is clearly mentioned in our communication before confirming the order.
4. Refund Effort
We understand the frustration during such a stressful situation. However, our team genuinely made every effort to support you within policy and practical constraints. The back-and-forth messages were not meant to burden you—they were needed to correctly process vendor payments, technician fees, and then calculate how much we could return to you without compromising service quality.
