I had a very smooth experience. The cars are almost brand new, very clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely rent from them again 👍🏻 Edit: Since my original review was written on the first day of the rental, the return process and delivery-related issues were obviously not included at that time. After completing the rental period, I wanted to update my review with my full experience. When renting the car, the staff were very kind and helpful. I rented from them for 3 months in total, and I did not experience any major problems during that time. I also used three different cars throughout the rental period. However, during the return process of the last two cars, they told me the vehicles were not clean and even described them as “too dirty,” which felt exaggerated. I have rented cars in many countries around the world, and this is honestly the first company I have seen that expects customers to return the car after having it professionally washed. They charged me 60 QAR for washing the two cars. What makes this situation even stranger is that this requirement was never clearly mentioned at the beginning and was only claimed at the last minute. If necessary, they could simply include such a fee in the rental price from the start, but expecting customers to return the car freshly cleaned is surprisingly unusual. I would recommend that people planning long-term rentals keep this in mind. As for the cars themselves, most of the vehicles are Chinese brands, but generally they are almost brand new and clean. Except for the attitude shown during the final car return process, I received a good overall service. Taking everything into consideration, I think a rating around 3.5 to 4 stars is fair for future customers considering this company.
