Chimney Breast Removal and Associated Work
We used Prime Construction to remove a chimney breast and reconfigure the heating and hot water system. The finish was to a high standard. Workers arrived when promised and the job was finished to the agreed deadline and price. The work was complicated by restricted access and flint walls. Prime was true to its promise “we do difficult”.
Would use again
Prime Construction refurbished our accessible toilet and did a wonderful job, and at a good price. The crew were really good, and tidy, and always ready to advise, as well as keep us well up to date about anything that needed adjusting etc. And the time frame they were able to work within was great, very accommodating for what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Huge thanks to the Prime team for the cladding work on the front of our house. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, the team were friendly and professional throughout, and they left everything clean and tidy. Very happy with the final finish. Would 100% recommend.

James and the team spent 3/4 weeks transforming my very dull, tattered & lifeless bedroom into a luxurious & absolutely gorgeous living space. The whole team were so professional, so considerate and did everything to the very highest standard. My room looks better than I could have imagined & we won’t be using anyone else other than prime construction in future for any work that needs to be done on our home. Very trustworthy And There are never any issues with Prime .
We have used prime construction a number of times now. We have had a garage conversion done a new driveway a patio and a complete new bathroom. Every job has been done to perfection and we are 💯 % happy. James and his men are always respectful of our property and they always keep us informed of the Jobs .
Plastering bathroom
I contacted James from Prime Construction during this summer for some plastering work. I needed the bathroom to be plastered ready for decorating. James gave me a quote which I accepted and he fitted me in the following week. The work was held to a very high standard even with the challenges his team faced on the day being a very hot day. The room was left tidy and mess free. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Excellent result in a conservation area of Canterbury.
Prime Construction carried out very specific works for the Hotel's entrance, the Hotel is set in a conservation area , therefore we were very particular in our needs and the final result we wanted to achieve.
Prime Construction were very professional throughout the whole process from visiting the site , giving a prompt quote all whilst being very patient for the go ahead !
The finished work is excellent and a great standard of workmanship.

Front cladding
Just had the front of our house done with new cladding by Prime, and I couldn't be happier! The team were absolute pros - turned up early, got straight to work, and left the site spotless when they finished. Super pleasant guys too! 😊 The cladding looks AMAZING - totally transformed the look of our house. Highly recommend Prime! 👍 Would definitely use them again. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Louis was fantastic, talked me through the planned works before starting, and then gave me regular updates, until job completed.
Arrived promptly, very pleased with the work done, and left the area clean and tidy at the end - what more could you ask for?

I had initially wanted a very basic repair but I was impressed on meeting James and his advice.
I was able to go and see another job that Prime Construction was working on and to talk to the homeowner about their experience.
I was still anxious when work began, as I expected the job might take longer than planned as they cleaned every brick by hand. They thoroughly removed all the existing top layer of the drive, put in the correct membrane and layers of material to be compacted. They worked extremely efficiently and methodically and the impact of the completed work is impressive.

Prime Construction completely transformed my garden! What was once a mess is now a stunning outdoor space—perfect for my large family, usable in all weather, and surprisingly affordable.
From the very start, James stood out with his brilliant design ideas and clear vision. He instantly understood what we needed and delivered beyond expectations. He and his professional team arrived early each day and completed the work to absolute perfection.
