Had my carpet cleaned today, very quick at responding to messages over Facebook and got my carpet booked in with just a few days notice. My carpet is lovely and clean, removed the odour of spilt drink.
Very helpful and helped me understand how to remove future spills and prevent carpet becoming too wet.
Lovely guy and will deffo use again and refer to family and friends.

Had a great customer experience. Communication was excellent and Prime Clean fitted us in at very short notice. The carpets were pretty dire but Simon did an amazing job getting them clean and looking like new. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
