Anatole introduced me to the chef and the chef was spot on . I walked out not able to stop and tell everyone about this fantastic restaurant and they should all come . I was anxiously waiting for Prima di Carne to open, as we love their dairy restaurant Cafe Premiatta. We were not disappointed! The restaurant is cozy and beautiful. The ambiance is fine and elegant, without being stiff. Our waiter Yosimar was kind, professional and knowledgeable of the menu. Our choice of food was right on point. Sushi as a starter, steak fritters and papardelle bolognese as main course. Chocolate souffle wrapped up the perfect night! Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious! Much success to this amazing restaurant! Prima di Carne is another great reason to come visit Queens more often!

Took my team out for a little treat and I’ve gotta say this is one of the top kosher steakhouses in NY. From the beef cheek tacos being tender and mouth watering to the rib eyes being soft as butter. Everything was amazing with such detail to their menu, I know the chefs make their food with love. We came in and had a little issue with the wait time on the entrees, but our waiters insured too keep us satisfied during the excess wait. My favorite part of this classic is they don’t just have 1 designated waiter to each table. That’s boring, they have multiple waiter who will be there to insure you have the top experience. Lastly, be ready to go BIG or go HOME. Will be coming back soon!

I recently dined at Prima de Carne with a group of close friends, and the evening could not have been more enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with an exceptional level of attention. Rafiq, along with the other waiters, showed a level of service that is rare to find. He checked on us throughout the night and made sure every detail was perfect. We ordered the 24 ounce rib eye steaks, each cooked flawlessly, with a rich flavor that showed real quality. The appetizers, including the brisket tacos and the barbecue short ribs, were prepared with the kind of care you expect from a top dining establishment. Prima de Carne offers an elegant atmosphere, excellent food, and a standard of service that reflects true professionalism. I recommend this place for anyone who enjoys fine dining and appreciates being treated with class.
