Single storey extension and open up kitchen and dining room into a large open plan kitchen diner + separate garage extension. Including new drains, electrics, plumbing, decoration, gas, kitchen fitting and landscaping (paths, patio etc.) Fantastic job - nothing was too much trouble. The team were brilliant and Joe managed the whole process. Project delivered on time and in budget to a high standard. I would confidently recommend PRIMA construction. Clear quote, clear invoicing and very competitive price. The building inspector was very complimentary of the quality of the works.

After doing some research online, we reached out to Joe at Prima Construction for a quote—and we were immediately impressed. His communication was clear and prompt, and he brought a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise, especially when it came to navigating the challenges of building upwards. Joe and his team arrived on-site punctually at 8 a.m. each day, worked diligently, kept everything tidy, and were genuinely a pleasure to have around. Even our neighbours had great things to say about them. After parting ways with our architect, Joe seamlessly took over the process, liaising directly with Building Control and ensuring the plans were followed through to full compliance and completion. The result? A stunning loft extension, finished in just under three months—and ready for us just in time for the summer break.

We appointed Prima to convert a 2 bedroom mid-terrance house into a quality 4 bedroom all ensuite HMO. After receiving quotes from a few other local builders, we found Primas quote to be very comprehensive and we particularly liked their work ethic and "can do" attitude. They completed the project on-time and within our expected budget. The project wasn't without its problems, but Joe and Aiden came with solutions to rectify them. Overall a great experience and we look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Kitchen/Diner knock through, chimney breast removal and associated structural works. I was very happy with the service provided by Joe and his team. He liaised with building control and met the brief exactly as discussed. The team were on site at 8am every morning and completed the job in the specified time with no issues. I would be happy to recommend and ask him to complete further work for me in the future. Thanks guys!
