I needed a roof inspection. I called around to find a roofing company to inspect my roof. Pride Roofing was the first to respond and come out. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about helping with an insurance claim. Once it was approved, the roof was put on within 48 hours. They were great to work with.

I had my roof replaced this summer, by Pride roofing. Their rep Cody was very nice and helped us choose the right roof for our house in Holden. We had no insurance claim so we were very choosy on price and efficiency. The roof looks great! They did a good job and installed the vents, painted all the old metal parts to match the new color, I was impressed with the flashing around our chimney. The only thing I would suggest is one member of the crew to speak English. My Spanish is from high school and so communicating was a problem. If I could give zero stars, it will be -0. If you want the roof done incorrectly then hire them. If you want damage done to your property because of their shoddy work that’s incorrect, then call them. If you want to be threatened by Mike the owner if you publicly tell others about their horrific job they did, then hire them. They were hired by me in January of this year. From the start, there were big problems. After having two different roofing companies come out and do paid inspections to find out just how bad the roofing job was, they have not taken care of the problems. They lie, they ghost you, and they don’t use knowledge installers. If you want a headache, hire them because they do not honor their contracts, or their workmanship. I spent $23,000 on this roof, which is worth very little. I paid that money cash out-of-pocket. It did not go through my insurance. I know posting on this page will make MICHAEL go crazy and finally stop ghosting me. Which is good because he only has about a week left to resolve this. At this point, I don’t wanna talk to Michael. I want to talk to the other owner.

Very disappointed with this company!!! Pride Roofing LLC repaired my roof due to Hurricane IDA. Brooke, gave me one cost at the beginning of the job. After completing the job Brooke increased the roof repair $6,427.00 stating once he got on top of the roof to do the job the cost was more. Really! Therefore, the repairs needed on the inside of my home did not get repaired.

I worked with Johnny Gab to replace my old roof, which was damaged by a thunderstorm a little over a year ago. Johnny is knowledgeable, responsive, and the team was timely and professional. The job was completed in one day, and I had a couple of water spots on my ceiling appear a few months after that. I contacted Pride and they immediately sent their reps out to investigate since I was still within the 1 year warranty period and addressed the issue. Very good company to work with and Johnny is the best!

My name is Freddie Mae Robertson. Pride Roofing replaced my roof after Hurricane Ida. Noticed 2 small leaks recently and contacted my David Johnson who did the roof. He came to my house in less than 2 hours and fixed the minor problem the next day because he didn’t have what he needed on his truck. Not only that he called a few days later to make sure everything was still ok. I would recommend Pride Roofing 100%!!

We had Johnny Gab come out to our property for our roof after a bad storm. He was super responsive, attentive, and professional. He cared about our roof as if it were his own. Highly recommended, highly satisfied with the job from assessment to completion.

I received a call from a woman who worked here. After saying hello back and forth, I realized the connection must be poor and she must not be able to hear me, so I decided to hang up and call her back. When she answered I said, "who is this?" She replied, "this is so and so with Pride roofing, how may I help you?" I explained to her that I was just simply calling her back, then she said the same thing, she was calling me back. I said I never called this company. I was just prepared to laugh about it since this has actually happened to me before a handful of times (both ways, me having a missed call and someone having a missed call from me). Sometimes companies sell your info and things happen, it's life. when I say this girl had the worst attitude I've ever heard...yall. she very rudely responded, "oh okay! So I just got a mysterious missed call from you and you never called? Got it, have a great day ma'am," then hung up. I don't care WHO you are or HOW GREAT your company is. I would be embarrassed to have someone like this work for my company, and this alone would make me hesitant to ever seek business here.

I had a new roof installed this week by the workers with Pride Roofing. They guys arrived at 7:00 am and worked until 7:00 pm and completed the entire installation in just one day, They roof looks great. We are very happy with the quality of the installation. When they were finished with the roof, the workers spent time making sure everything around my house was picked up and cleaned. I would recommend them.
