I had to replace a bathtub faucet and handle. Seth did a great job. He had problems the first day, then came back the next morning and got everything fixed. He went above and beyond for me. Thanks to everyone over there. I'll come back if I have any more plumbing needs!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently hired Pride Plumbing Summerville to install two new toilets, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They came out promptly to provide a free estimate, arrived with a fully stocked service van, and completed the installation in one visit. Our technician, Seth, was highly skilled, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. His customer service was outstanding, and he made sure everything was installed properly and left the work area clean before he left. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is organized, prepared, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work. We highly recommend Pride Plumbing Summerville and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

We cannot say enough great things about the service Brian from Pride Plumbing provided us. We bought a house that had to be completely repiped, and they were able to provide us a comprehensive quote before we closed on the house. Brian completed the entire repipe job by himself within 2.5 days, including digging up and replacing the main line in the front yard and installing an emergency shut-off valve by the house. He even asked me which plant we would like moved so he could do his digging, and then he replanted it and all of the grass patches he had to remove. He was punctual and communicated with us every step of the way to make sure we were in the loop and aware of any potential changes to the plan. Even better, he coordinated his work with the contractors we had come in to patch the drywall after his repipe, allowing us to complete the job and move in on schedule! Excellent work and customer service, we couldn't recommend Brian or Pride Plumbing more for all of your plumbing needs!

I was having trouble with a tankless water heater for several months. Three other companies (including the installer) failed to solve the issue and seemed clueless regarding what to do. Brian at Pride Plumbing identified the problem in a few minutes and fixed the issue the same day. I highly recommend Pride Plumbing.

I highly recommend Pride Plumbing. They promptly responded to my request for a quote to fix my bathtub faucets and hot water heater. The technician was courteous, professional, and clearly explained the possible solutions and provide a detailed timeline and costs for the repairs. When the technician returned to do the repairs, he explained the process and answered any follow-up questions that I had. They also included a one year warranty which provides a very nice piece of mind when it comes to plumbing concerns. I will definitely be returning to them for any future plumbing needs.
