My first order with Pricepally went smoothly. I had been ignoring them for awhile but when another grocery store disappointed me and messed up my gathering by delivering too late, Pricepally proved to be better and quicker. Would love to see more things added to their website, but other than that, they will be my go-to online grocery store. Thanks guys.

My shopping experience with pricepally was very smooth. The items were affordable. The yam I bought was very big😁 and the okro was very very okay. I highly recommend pricepally

Always reliable. Always consistent. Always communicating. Price Pally is simply the best. Additional: I endorse Price Pally. This basket of tomatoes and onions are free gifts that accompanied my order this afternoon. Grateful we have businesses like this that are intentional about their customers. Email correspondence: See, I placed the order last night. I emailed because I had trouble making payment, and since I didn’t get the usual confirmation email, I wanted to be sure they actually received my order. Look at how responsive they are! This is a business that truly understands what it means to serve real people.

I just had my first order with Pricepally delivered today. My comments: Pluses: - My order was well packed and all the items ordered were delivered, good quality, right quantity - that matters a lot to me (no cutting of corners). - The delivery driver despite having had a busy schedule was very warm and personable, such first impressions matter and go a long way. He also made sure he confirmed the number of bags for completeness. - Fast delivery: I ordered last night around 11pm and my order was delivered today. - Customer service on whatsapp and the phone when I called were very responsive, polite and helpful. Suggestion: - Communication: I did not receive an order confirmation email (only a receipt from paystack which doesn't have the items I ordered) so was a bit in the dark about whether I would still have my order delivered especially as it was my first time ordering, and also just for my records it would be good to have it. I would like to suggest that customers are contacted earlier in the day to let them know they will be receiving their order that day and if possible around what time (my order was delivered 10pm which was quite late for me, but I understand this was due to many orders after the Christmas holiday season - so I think in the future extra drivers might be required during this period to meet up with the demand). Overall, a positive experience and I look forward to more shopping with Pricepally. I love to see Nigerian businesses succeed and Pricepally is definitely one of such businesses. Well done.

Ordered 3 times - no issues at all. Best endorsement was from my aunt - the recipient of the third order. I called her to ask if she had enough tatase, sombo etc. She didn't. So I decided to order from Price Pally (PP). I placed the order late last night at 9:30pm. This morning, I reached out to PP explaining that my aunt is elderly and could they please deliver earlier in the day. They delivered at 3pm. My aunt called me later and said "this is extremely good quality, very fresh. Thank you so much". If only the team at PP knew who my aunt is. A stickler for standards, service and quality. Best endorsement ever!!! Well done and thank you for delivering earlier than anticipated. You have one loyal tribe in a little corner from Lagos!!!
