The technician did a great job. He removed an old gas insert and installed a portable gas heater. Will not use anyone but Price.

Had a service call October 29, 2025, and was told there was a part that needed ordered. The technician they came out didn’t seem very sure that it was even the correct problem, but said it would cost $500 on top of the $85 service call fee to install 1 burner. That it could take UP TO 10 days for the part to come in. It is now November 12th. During this time frame I have not been called or updated on the parts whereabouts, or anything concerning the matter. I have called 3 different times checking myself. The part was supposed to be in Monday November 10th. No call, so I call Monday November 10th, and it’s still not in. Call today Wednesday November 12th for an update since I’ve yet to be contacted, the part is not in and they tell me at this time after 12 days waiting that “it’s not even shipped yet, could be a few more days.” Totally unconcerned, and has not contacted me once during the entire process. So if you’re needing work done that possibly needs a part when temperatures are in the freezing I would recommend that you do not go with this company. But when the part comes in “they’ll contact me for sure.” And I’d like to add this was well over a week before temperatures dropped, there’s no reason it should take this long or customer service should be this bad.
