Paul and his crew no matter what they call themselves are top shelf!! They were referred to my wife and I by some neighbors, so I asked for a quote. I asked a friend of mine in the construction business for his roofing contractors contact information and asked for a bid. The bids were interesting to me, Good Neighbor Roofing’s bid was almost 1/3 less! That’s right $2400.00 less. So much for using a friends contractor. Here’s the kicker …. Besides cleaning up their left over mess they walked my entire yard with these powerful magnets to pick up any nails that got away. Also my wife’s flower beds were checked just in case of a stray nail!! They came in, removed my existing roof to the base plywood, layed the protective layers and then the shingles. Another bonus is they gave us new rain gutters along the front of our home! WOW!!💥 It doesn’t matter to us their company name, Paul and his crew are unbeatable!!! We highly recommend this Paul, his crew and Prestige Roofing!!! David and Julie Bailey

It is rare today to find anyone who does a job well - to my surprise these guys were excellent from start to finish - on time and remarkable clean they picked up everything as they went and when they completed the job they even went over the yard with a magnet to pick up any nails they may have dropped and then they blew off any dabris that was left on the walks and driveway and the roof look great- very professional done!

Good Neighbor Roofing provided a comprehensive solution to replace my aging roof. Their proposal was very descriptive and transparent. Other roofers hid their proposals behind a flashy salesman and sales pitch. Good Neighbor made no attempt to up sale me on some product or another. Their standard proposal included the same scope and materials as the "upgrade" the other contractors were pushing but theirs was considerably more reasonably priced. Their installation crew were very friendly, even taking some moments to throw the tennis ball for our overly eager dog. If you want to pay more for the salesman to show up in his Tesla and give you a fancy presentation on his iPad, by all means, go with the other guys. But if you want an equal or better product for thousands less - yes I said thousands - and avoid the shwarmy sales pitch, give Good Neighbor a call.

Their initial estimate spelled out everything in detail so I knew exactly what I was getting, but they were also flexible in making adjustments as the project went along. I have used Good Neighbor Roofing for 5 different projects, ranging from simple residential patching to full tear off and new shingles to replacing gutters and soffit. I also used them on my 7500 sq ft commercial building replacing a TPO membrane insulated roof, it turned out beautiful. They are VERY skilled, even more polite and professional. I have recommended them to numerous people. Their prices are very reasonable and usually 25%+ below the competition. Pablino (owner) is one of the nicest and most professional people I have ever met. Never thought a roofing contractor would become such a good friend.

BEWARE - Yikes, now I know why I couldn't find any reviews on these guys. Hired them to do my roof (actually 1/4 of it was already finished by my son, but he had to go back to Idaho). So I agreed to a price and was VERY CLEAR the roofing had to match the exact brand and style and color, it had to be the exact one. THIS WAS IN WRITING, but remember that a contract is only as good as the people signing it. THESE GUYS DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD AT ALL. For my detailed review see YELP.
