This gym has such a great community vibe. The staff are always friendly, the space is clean, and they’re constantly upgrading the equipment, which really shows how much they care about the member experience. I also love that they offer coffee, shakes, snacks, and food. It makes the gym feel welcoming and convenient.
I’ve also been training with Amina for almost 7 years, and she has been such a big part of my fitness journey. She has motivated me, supported me through different seasons of life, given me real talks when I needed them, and reminded me how strong I really am.
Amina truly has a heart of gold and wants everyone around her to feel good, get healthier, and succeed. I’m so grateful for the impact she and this gym have had on me over the years.
Amazing experience at Prestige fitness in Lasalle. The staff was so polite and nice, with amazing care for their members. Their equipment was state of the art and always clean. Overall 10/10 recommend for anyone trying to have an amazing experience at a gym.

Great gym — it’s clean and has a ton of equipment.
The music is way too loud for my taste, but whatever.
My biggest issue is the business model. They charge a $172 enrollment fee every year when you renew your contract, which feels ridiculous and unnecessary. It’s my third year at this gym and somehow I still need to pay enrolment fees…
If a customer chooses to stay with your gym, you shouldn’t be taking advantage of them with made-up renewal fees.

The gym was fine. You got everything you need. Very very limited fitness classes, but price was reasonable. I would say I wasn't happy with the personal trainer. Between the sets, she was playing her phone all the time. She was not just simply answer a text message, she was really doing that every time during the break (30 second 1 min break). Maybe that's why some of her clients don't want to come back. I am okay for a trainer to reply client text occassionally, but not like the whole session she tries to maxiumize her phone time.

Hi as a member that is primarily here to weight train I decided to try some sessions with Anna to help my awful flexibility and aches and pains in shoulder and knee . Into 9 sessions now with Anna I have learned so much to stretch and improve my flexibity and help my body and especially my mind to relax more :) Mike
Staff is friendly and helpful. Danny the owner is right on and down to earth. You can tell he takes pride in his gym.
Pretty cool you come in get a pre work out or post workout drinks made on the spot... plus the food and healtheir snacks.
Lots of old schools machines there, and few cable station. There is literally a machine for everything here. No shortage of dumbbells as there is three full sets there. It has a boxing bag, lots of cardio stuff and a stretching room.
Other bonus is its open 5 am on weekdays and closes at midnight..
Its expensive but one of the better gyms i been at since getting to montreal and better then the gyms back home.
Absolutely love the gym and the staff but genuinely wondering why it’s getting more and more expensive. It’s not open 24/7, it’s not as big as other gyms in the area, you get less services and you always end up on somebody’s story without being told you’re in the frame.

On the pricing, we completely understand the question and want to be transparent. Over the past year we’ve invested heavily back into the facility including 19 new machines, a full locker replacement, the new Red Zone which will be complete with 3 additional machines within the week, and a full class schedule launching in the coming months. We’ve also added two full time cleaners during the day because we hold ourselves to a high standard when it comes to keeping the space clean for our members.
The average gym membership in Quebec sits around $50/month and we’re at $55, which we feel is fair given everything included and everything still coming.
As for the content, that’s a completely valid concern and we take it seriously. We will make sure our team is more mindful about ensuring members aren’t captured on camera without their consent. That’s not something we take lightly.
We also understand that everyone has different needs and budgets. Cheaper pricing and 24h access is just not what we do, and we own that. There are more affordable no frills options out there for members who prioritize price above everything else, and we respect that. Prestige is for those who want to see where their money is going and feel the difference every time they walk in.

Just to clarify this price applies when choosing the annual membership paid monthly, which includes an inscription fee. Our regular monthly rate is $55 + tax. We also offer the option to waive the inscription fee if the annual membership is paid in 1 or 2 installments (with the second payment up to 6 months later).

The atmosphere, the staff, the selection of machines, the cleanliness.. it has everything!!
Amina is an amazing coach if you are in need of guidance, motivation 🙏 she is your gal!
You can tell the owner cares, she is there pretty much every day and from what I have heard she takes feedback very seriously which is always a great plus.
