Very disappointed at Prestige Dental. Nice staff, great office. I made appointment and went to the location only to find out that my teeth will not be cleaned at the end of the evaluation. I was told I had to pay $600 and also pay for “the plan” because I didn’t have insurance before I could get my teeth, cleaned. The advertising on social media is very misleading so I wasted time and $99 for an evaluation. Not fair. What makes it even worse is I called before I came into the office. Wow. Times are hard and I really need a cleaning. Please be honest and transparent with people especially those with no insurance.

Hello Jack, sorry for confusion. It’s probably an error. We don’t charge anything if you don’t qualify for regular cleaning and your exam/X-rays on us at no charge to you. I’ll make sure that you’ll get refund tomorrow. Thanks Dr.Patel

I had an excellent experience with this dental clinic. The dentist Dr Bindu Kovvuri is extremely professional, knowledgeable and gentle taking time to explain every procedure clearly. From initial consultation to the treatment itself, I felt completely comfortable and well cared for. The dental facility is clean and well equipped with latest technology. The staff is friendly, organized and highly supportive, making entire visit smooth and stress-free I highly recommend this dentist and dental facility for top quality dental care.
