This is such a comfortable office. From being greeted to the doctors. Dr. Riehl is just the best. She listens and asks great questions for me to consider. I look forward to speaking with her! I love her office staff they are so sweet and helpful!! Great experience!!!

My 1st couple of experiences with Dr. Riehl was positive except for my last appointment. Dr. Riehl was late to the virtual appointment and this was the second time her camera was facing an empty space and was barely on the view of the camera and I could only see half of her face. Which made the experience in-personable and awkward. Her mic seemed distant and I could barely hear what she was saying. It felt like she wasn't interested at all about the session and abruptly ended it when I told her I could not hear her. She seemed distracted and agitated to speak to her patient. All in all the experience was poor to say the least.

What I really like about Emily, is she remembers me and the things we talked about. I don’t have to repeat anything. She is extremely caring and patient with me and empathic. This whole time I thought she would think I was weird, she doesn’t and I’m glad. My life is great now, I feel calmer and peaceful, still me but a more focused woman.

Therapy at Prestige Clinic with Michael Springer has been so very helpful. He has helped me work through childhood trauma, multiple moves and recently a death in the family. I am so glad I found this place and this therapist in particular.
