Martin Rossi was very professional in picking up my new car and delivering it to my house today. He kept me updated of when it was going to be delivered, was very pleasant, explained how everything worked and even offered to sit with me if I wanted to test drive the car with him before he left so I knew how everything worked. Excellent service from start to finish and a very pleasant gentleman to deal with. He made sure I was happy with the car before he left and didnt rush me in anyway

They are very thorough and professional in their approach to appraising the car before reporting back to both the purchaser and seller. Excellent to have met the team who delivered my car. Courteous, friendly and engaging. The layout of the car was new to me (had a Tesla for the past three years) and they took the time to show me some key features to use to get me up and running.
