I do not recommend this company. Our kitchen project, which should have taken a few months, took almost 1.5 years to become functional because of repeated mistakes, poor planning, and terrible project management.
There was almost no communication between the designer and the installation team. The installers came unprepared, installed and removed our cabinets four times, and damaged our walls in the process.
They designed the wrong hood cabinet (12” instead of the required 19”), even though they had all of our appliance specifications before we signed the contract. Instead of correcting their mistake, the owner, Hani, tried to convince us to buy a different hood.
They also measured our cabinets incorrectly, leaving a large gap to the ceiling. Although Hani personally measured our kitchen several times, he blamed us for the mistake. Thankfully, we had video evidence proving otherwise. Instead of ordering new cabinets, they suggested using black fillers, which ruined the European look we wanted.
They also forgot to leave enough space for the dishwasher in the island, damaged our dishwasher during the fix, and now the cabinet next to it still doesn’t open properly. The dish rack was installed so high that even my husband, who is 6’2”, could barely reach it.
The countertop and backsplash installation were also poorly done. We waited months for replacement parts because items were not ordered correctly the first time.
They charge premium prices but deliver poor workmanship, inexperienced installers, and disappointing customer service. We spent a significant amount of money and ended up with constant stress, delays, and a kitchen that still has issues.
Save yourself the headache and choose another kitchen company.
