We weren't sure where to start with our home's exterior remodeling, so when we ultimately chose Presidental Construction to do the work for us, they set an AMAZING standard I doubt anyone else could have beaten! Alex, our project manager, immersed himself into our project from its first concept past its final completion, following up after the job was well past done. He even recommended a quality stonemason for our chimney refacing, which went beyond the scope of Presidental's normal work. The work performed by the subcontractors was spectacular. Alex himself could not have been more actively and positively engaged; checking in at least once throughout every stage of the process, immediaely addressing any concerns we may have had, and enduring our changes of whim. I honestly believe we could not have had a better experience. đ Yes, it was a lot of money (it WAS a big project), but Alex and his team made working with Presidental Construction a great value.

We had the pleasure of working with Alex during our project. Alex took what could have been a stressful situation dealing with hail damage and an insurance claim and actually turned it into a very positive situation and outcome. Alex was extremely knowledgeable about the process and his expertise was helpful when making our product selections. Aaron stopped by and checked the house for hail damage. During the inspection process he noted a nail head had lifted through the shingle leaving an entry point for water. The roof had no other damage. Aaron made a point to come back the next day and caulk the hole. I will definitly call him when the roof needs replacing.

We worked with Presidential Construction after our home suffered hail damage last summer. Presidential was great is working with our insurance company to ensure that our home was restored to itsâ previous condition and then some. Our roof, siding, fascia, garage doors, several windows and doors, and gutters were all replaced. We were fortunate to work with Bo, Randy and George who made sure that we were taken care of and kept in the loop on the process and schedule. Everyone, including subcontractors, were professional and made sure that the service and quality was top notch. All of the repairs and a few chosen add-ons made our house beautiful and unrecognizable from the previous state. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Presidential Construction. Our home turned out stunning!

If I could give Josh Turnquist and Presidential Construction 10 stars, I would. They helped me successfully fight an insurance claim that had been denied three years earlier with a different contractor - and they got it approved even though I was no longer with that insurance company.
Because of Josh and his team, I now have a high-quality, beautiful, long-lasting roof and was made whole after a situation that could have easily gone unresolved. Zane and the crew at Presidential Construction did good work. Communication was good, project was done in one day, and the crew did a great job cleaning up, only a few pieces found when it was all said and done. Would recommend using them on future roof projects.

The installation team did a great job replacing the roof and were enjoyable to watch. They protected our plants and gardens well, finished at 2:00 pm in oppressive temperatures, and did an extremely thorough job cleaning up.

We are extremely pleased with our newly shingled roofing project and the selection of Presidential Construction to negotiate with our homeowners insurance co. Bo Schmitz, of Presidential Const. worked tenaciously for over a year to convince our insurance co., that our storms did in fact cause the damages required to allow for insurable full roof replacement.
We highly recommend Presidential Construction, with their cautious preparations, skilled labor force and cleanup. We love our Rustic Cedar architectural shingles.
