Working with Erik and the team with a very very tight window of time and budget was the smoothest experience. Moving is stressful let alone when renovations are needed. Communication was great, they made solid choices with the budget given, and went above and beyond to ensure things were completed on time. They cleaned up fully - even the dust - and were a pleasure from start to finish. Thank you for making the experience of preparing to sell way way way less stressful than it could have been. I would highly recommend.

The Prep ‘n Sell team were absolutely amazing to work with. Erik was incredibly professional and came back multiple times to ensure the quality of work was to a very high standard. We had baseboards repaired and painted, several bedrooms painted and our deck power sprayed. I couldn’t be happier with the results and I would recommend the Prep ‘n Sell team to anyone. They took a massive burden off my shoulders during the stressful time of home buying. Now to list and sell!
