Love Trilussa, Love Trastevere! Really great place in Trastevere away from the tourist centers. You get to walk among locals who live their lives in the neighborhood. Because of this you either get your steps in or learn to take the bus/ride taxis. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate. The bar and adjoining restaurant has a classy atmosphere and great food. We never felt crowded staying at Trilussa. The rooms are tight and clean but manageable. The dark-out curtains made the room perfectly dark for sleeping in.

Très bon séjour touristique dans un hôtel parfait et idéalement situé Nous sommes venus en couple pour 5 jours de visite touristique. L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour aller visiter Rome en tram/bus. Tout le personnel est très gentil, attentif à nos demande et parle français ou anglais. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. La literie et la propreté également. Il faut juste savoir que le spa est payant et relativement cher.

Always wonderful but this visit exceptionally so . I have stayed here several times (it's my go to in Rome) however this time was different - I arrived having taken a fall onto the tracks at termini while getting off the train -- I didn't realize it then , but I fractured my sacrum - I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not have been nicer - a young man went out and brought me ibuprofen (helped a lot) -- they offered pillows for the chairs on the roof deck - all in all the folks could not have been nicer - This is a place that feels like home in the eternal city -- THANK YOU Trilussa Palace !!

Fantastic hotel with excellent & helpful staff. Excellent hotel with fantastic staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They responded to all my emailed questions, booked us a lovely dinner, had great session in the moon spa with the family. The family suite was fantastic, comfortable beds and well set up. The mini bar was good value and therefore could actually be used. Location is good for transport too. As well as central Rome, we ate at the Natural Cafe for launch (opposite), the roadhouse steak house (opposite right) for a change from pasta (not the best but good steak / burger), a little outdoor cafe by the petrol station (left as you walk out) and used the gelato shop twice very near by (again left). We also ate in the 8th floor hotel restaurant. That was good but wine sadly was really expensive so saved our money . In summary great and comfortable hotel.

Great experience This is the second time we have stayed at the Trilussa Palace Hotel in Trastevere in Rome. We love it because it is easy to access public transportation from there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the spa one of the evenings during our stay. I loved the Turkish bath. Their breakfast is great, too. I highly recommend it next time you are in the Eternal City!

Perfect hotel in perfect location We stayed here for three nights prior to our cruise departure. Everything was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. This is a small boutique hotel that aims to please. They have a nice selection for breakfast and cappuccinos. The rooms were nicely appointed with comfortable beds and bedding, complete with a pillow menu. The rooftop bar was nice as well There were no noise issues here This hotel is within walking distance to the restaurants in Trastevere area. If we ever come back to Rome, we will definitely stay here again!

Un’esperienza semplicemente splendida! Sono stato ieri alla spa privata “romana” del Trilussa Palace Hotel e devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto, dal primo all’ultimo momento. Un grazie speciale a Lorena, che con la sua gentilezza e professionalità ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. L’aperitivo con lo spumante preparato con cura è stato un inizio ideale per rilassarsi, e la spa è davvero un piccolo angolo di paradiso: vasca idromassaggio, giochi di luce, atmosfera rilassante e attenzione a ogni dettaglio. Beautiful hotel with top spa and rooftop restaurant with great view of the city This beautiful hotel is well located, it took us around 20 min to walk to the historic center. Were the Pantheon, Trevi fountain and Piazza Navona are, to name a few. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel has a rooftop restaurant on the 8th floor, which we highly recommend to check out and eat at. Very good food. The spa is something else, we used the Maya spa. They reserve for couples and we were only two there. Never had this experience before to be in a private spa, it was amazing. Hotel also has a decent gym, we got good session out of it. Leg press, chest press, shoulder press and lat pulldown machines there. Plus some weights from 2-22 kg. You can definitely get a good workout by being creative. We’ll stay there again when in Roma

Great find In a lovely area just a little way from the centre but a tram goes directly there. We had good sized rooms with balconies. The hotel reception staff were excellent and very helpful. The roof top bar a great find and the food very good. Service was a tad slow but we thoroughly enjoyed the view and ambience.

Superb Having just returned from Trastevere in Rome I can honestly say that all the staff at the Trilussa spa hotel couldn’t have done any more for us in making our stay pleasurable and memorable. From the minute we arrived when they up graded our room and gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate my partners birthday to helping us find our way round this beautiful part of Rome with helpful tips and directions on a daily basis. The hotel was clean, friendly and welcoming and positioned perfectly to explore the surrounding area. The added bonus of having a rooftop bar was the perfect way to end the evening. We will definitely be staying here again when we return sometime in the very near future.

Not 4 star Hotel definitely not a 4 star room was clean but very basic and a bit outdated. The roof top Resturant looks nice but service very slow and a bit non existent. The food was ok the beer is over priced. The amenities ie the spa sounded great when booked but when got there told it was 120.00 euro for 2 hours to use the pool area. On a positive location was ideal and the staff were very helpful.
