Sensational stay with SPA included
Excellent facilities and the included SPA service is a delight, allows you to relax after an exhaustive day. All very attentive staff, Managing Director Bogdan provides personalized attention. The quality and variety of food at breakfast is very good. Without hesitation, we will return to this hotel.

A great hotel! The hotel has super nice staff, delicious breakfast, elegant, very chic and clean rooms, a comfy bed, and my dad also loved the savings area. Downtown Florence within about 20 minutes walking distance

Excelente lugar y atención. Aprovechen de reservar en el spa y disfrutar de relajarse. Queda a pasos de una estación de tranvía y como a 15 minutos caminando de la estación de trenes.

Wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Bett hat Übergröße.
Der Service an der Rezeption, sowie beim Frühstück ist allerdings ähnlich dem schönen Marmorboden: glatt und kühl.
Hier fehlt leider der italienische Flair.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel, clean, great service and staff. Spa experience was really cool but you do need to schedule the time. Location is a bit of a walk from the action but the metro and bus lines are literally right outside. Windows are sound proof so the metro sounds are not a problem. Price was okay little on the expensive side for distance and smaller rooms.

A Canadian in Florence
LOVE,LOVE,LOVE. The location is perfect and directly in front of easy-to-use transit. After a LONG day of walking, it was nice to come back to the hotel and use their amazing spa. It was included with our stay and it has a hot-tub, steam room, sauna and a relaxing area. The showers were refreshing and had different floral scents. As a Canadian, I'm use to larger hotel rooms with a much larger shower, but it was still such a beautiful room. The included breakfast was always delicious and you can order off the menu for free or just enjoy their continental buffet breakfast. Truly, this is a really nice hotel!!

Excellence ahead!
Quite superb, rare to find a hotel that is faultless but this is a great find. Helpful receptionists, wonderful quiet comfortable rooms spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast choice. Spa is of matching quality with people numbers managed to ensure it isn’t overcrowded. Mini-breakfast provided when we left early for a day trip. 20 minutes or so to the centre mean it is is fairly quiet at night in the well soundproofed rooms. Recommend Cafe Pattiserrie Gamberini nearby (600m) for both pastries and meals.

Hotel and amenities: 5 stars- Beautiful white marble floors and mirrored rooms. Everything was incredibly clean and taken care of. The Spa which was available in three time segments was absolutely clutch for a mid day break for rest and relaxation. The time slots you could reserve were in 1.5 hour intervals starting from 4pm -8:30pm. My partner and I would wake up, go into town to do our tourist exploring and then come back to our room between 4-6 depending on the day. We would then enjoy the Spa which was super clean and super modern for an hour, and then get ready for dinner. This was a three day routine that we did and it was perfect for us. The Spa never had more than 6 people in there.
Service: 5 stars. They would bring up robes and sandals 15 minutes before your time slot and if you weren’t in your room, they would leave it on your bed so you would have it ready. The reception guys spoke perfect English and helped with everything we ever asked for. I needed a steamer for my shirt one night. I asked and it was brought to my room within 5 minutes. We went out a different night and I asked the receptionist to take a few photos of us in the lobby… and he gladly did a photo shoot for us. Service was impeccable.
Location: 5 stars. Right outside the hotel was a tram stop that was one stop away from the Florence train terminal. So from the train station it was a quick one stop tram ride. Two of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at (see my other reviews in Florence for that) were within a 10 min walk if this place. I would def come back to this spot if we ever go back to Florence.

Convenient and very comfortable boutique hotel near the centre of Florence.
Beautifully decorated small hotel with very comfortable room. Great little spa in the basement with jacuzzi, sauna, steam room etc. Easy walking distance 10-15 mins) from the main station, and only about 20 mins walk from the historic centre of Florence, so ideally situated. Very good breakfast which was included in my rate. Very helpful staff.
