Fabulous location, hotel was really impressive. Super clean and well presented, daily. Staff were attentive and nothing was too much, special thanks to Francois for his outstanding service and for looking after us amazingly.
It was a very charming place with Contemporary French Neoclassical luxury decor. From reception, room, service (spa, breakfast, availability, kindness, ...) to location (we never took a cab or tram during our stay while having access to some of the most beautiful places in Florence), everything was great.

Booked for the back half of our Tuscany honeymoon in July26. Upgraded to the best room in the hotel (the one with the jacuzzi and sauna in the upstairs of the room). The overall stay was great, the service from the front desk was excellent from check in to check out. There's only two things that took this away from being a 5 star review.
1) The breakfast, in no way comparable to the breakfast on offer from our first hotel of the trip (3 star countryside hotel). There wasn't a cooked breakfast on offer or at least included in the breakfast options and the rest of the options were quite limited. We didn't go for the breakfast more than once as the choice just seemed like wasted opportunity for us to have a better breakfast elsewhere.
2) The facilities in the room. Whilst we got gifted a bottle of prosecco kindly from the hotel on check in and the room itself was stunning, the jacuzzi didn't work without the maintenance team coming and tripping the electric switches. Not quite the romantic evening spending ages filling the jacuzzi up, getting in and tinkering with the remote before finally giving up and calling maintenance to go to the circuit box that gets it working. Both times we used the jacuzzi, that's how it went. Detracted entirely from our view of the hotel in general. For the extra £300+ per night it cost to upgrade the room, I really wish we hadn't. We did get an apology for the inconvenience of it all but it doesn't make up for the mood being killed.
Overall, I bet this would be a good budget friendly luxury hotel in one of their more standard rooms. Location is great for the price, not too much of a hassle to walk back from town as well as it being right on the tram lines. Car parking round the back too.

Un excellent séjour garantit dans cet hôtel, chambres très propres, petit déjeuner généreux avec option lait végétal pour le café du matin. Un espace détente très bien, je vous conseille d'y aller vers 16h, 17h pour éviter le monde de la fin de journée, vous serez tranquille si vous venez en haute saison.
Un personnel toujours au top et la clim est incroyable.

Exceptional Stay in Florence
Our stay at Moon Boutique Hotel was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean, with so much attention to detail throughout. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wonderful variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa—it was amazing! The room we got was a bit small for a family of 3 but good enough for a 3 night stay. The location is next to a couple of public transport stations, so getting around is seamless. The staff were gable and responsive when needed and breakfast worth it.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for anyone visiting Florence.
Very nice stay away from the hustle and bustle
Our stay at the Moon Boutique hotel was excellent. The rooms were modern and clean. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The added bonus of the spa which was included in the room fee was a great treat after a long day of walking. The included breakfast was also very good. The bed was a little firm for my comfort but overall we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The location was away from the tourist areas and a short walk to the train station.

We were only here for one night before an early flight, but we ended up wishing we’d stayed longer because we enjoyed the hotel so much. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, and it’s a short, easy walk to a wide range of great restaurants. The spa was also great. Highly recommend!

A beautiful oasis in the heart of Florence
This is one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Its location is excellent, within easy walking distance of central Florence, with plenty of fantastic restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The hotel is immaculate, peaceful, beautifully appointed, and genuinely luxurious. The furnishings are stylish, exceptionally comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard, while the housekeeping team keeps the rooms spotless every day. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully cool, even during the hottest days, making them a perfect retreat after exploring the beauty of Florence. The hotel also offers outstanding value for money considering the quality of the accommodation, service, and facilities. The spa is exceptional - immaculately clean with a relaxing atmosphere. It features a huge jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, comfortable relaxation area, and two emotional shower experiences, which I particularly enjoyed. They also offer cold water and juice as well as tea. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable, helping to make the stay truly memorable. Die Zimmer sind super elegant ausgestattet und auch sehr modern.
Besonders gefallen hat mir aber der Spa-Bereich. Was für eine tolle Anlage. Mit Getränken, großem Yakuzi und Getränken etc.
Auch toll, war das Frühstück. Man kann sich frisch diverse Gerichte zubereiten lassen unf den Rest über das Buffet holen.
Also wir kommen gerne wieder und würden dieses immer weiterempfehlen
