Ειναι η τριτη φορα που επιλεγουμε το συγκεκριμενο ξενοδοχειο για τη διαμονη μας στη Φλωρεντια. Αγαπημενο ξενοδοχειο με εξαιρετικους ανθρωπους, ευγενικους και παντα με διαθεση να μας εξυπηρετησουν. Η τοποθεσια του εξαιρετικη, κεντρικη και διπλα σε ολα τα μουσεια και εκκλησιες. Θα το προτιμησουμε ξανα και ξανα! Ευχαριστουμε που μας κανετε να νιωθουμε πλεον σαν το σπιτι μας!

Come for the Location, Return for the UNMATCHED EXPERIENCE
I will never stay at a different hotel when coming to Florence. Not only is the location perfect and within walking distance of everywhere, but the hotel staff operates beyond expectations. We arrived at the hotel early, so we knew we wouldn’t be able to check in right away. Santiago welcomed us, sat us down and did all but give us keys to the room (since it wasn’t available yet). He asked us if we wanted restaurant recommendations. We shrugged. We’d been to Firenze before and knew a few key places we wanted to return to. Santiago gave us THE BEST RECOMMENDATIONS!! We went to four of the five places on his list and they were the best meals of the trip. One, in particular, was my favorite meal my entire stay during our time in Florence - Rome - Milan. Do not skip on his suggestions, if offered. This was a milestone birthday trip at the end of October, so I upgraded our room and if I dare say it myself, think I stayed in the best room in the hotel. But, I also have a feeling nearly every room is the best room. That said, I will personally ask for this junior suite again. It was magnificent and the view was outstanding. One evening of the stay, we also received complimentary drinks and apperitivos before heading out to dinner. This is our second stay at San Firenze Suites and Spa (our first was in 2021, right out of COVID restrictions). This hotel was perfect then, and it was even better this stay. Incidentally, if you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or anything significant, tell the staff. I was greeted to a lovely surprise the evening of my birthday. Thank you for making our trip the most memorable imaginable. We will return!

Service et flexibilité indigne. J’avais un bon dans l’hôtel, un mois et demi avant la fin de validité et au vu d’un arrêt de travail prolongé je demande à décaler la date potentiel de mon séjour. Fin de non recevoir, « ce n’est pas de leur faute si je ne peux pas venir ». Comportement grossier très loin des attentes d’un hôtel de ce niveau.

Fantastic choice! Would book again in a heartbeat.
Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. We spent 8 days here and found it to be the perfect choice for our many walks to explore fabulous Florence. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, tons of room and great views. Staff was attentive and breakfast was very good.
Florence in november is fantastic. Not too hot and not too crowded. This hotel is located right in the center of town. All the major sights are in walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly. We had 1 minor issue with the room, there was (clean) water coming through the wall in the bathroom. Probably a pipe in the wall had broken or something. Anyway, the staff handled this issue very well, we got free champagne and some more discount at checkout.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Florence. If we ever return for a second visit we will surely book here again.
Nous avons réservé un suite exécutive avec parking et taxes au tarif d'environ, 700 euros la nuit, et ceci pour plusieurs jours,qui nous a été attribuée au 2eme étage. Malheureusement chaque nuit impossible de dormir, à cause des groupes de fêtards, et au matin, des livraisons, des camions poubelles, des taxis et surtout de la mauvaise insonorisation des fenêtres et ceci malgré les allégations de la direction dans plusieurs avis.(Étonnant...) Impossible de changer de chambre d’après le concierge...pour se rendre à l’hôtel en zone réglementée, aucune information ne nous a été délivrée lors de notre réservation, et nous avons du interroger à plusieurs reprises l’hôtel pour cela....Nous avons pourtant reçus de nombreux courriels automatisés et non personnalisés qui nous posaient toujours les mêmes demandes d'informations..Pénible.le choix du petit déjeuner, était médiocre, avec entre autres, pas de jambon crus (en Italie, un comble, ) , et surtout une clientèle qui parlait fort et faisait de la visio sans modération. Aucune réaction du staff...Enfin, pas de notice sur le téléphone, une télécommande aux touches pour Hercule, un lit trop haut et pas de table de nuit. La salle de bains comportait un seul lavabo et une baignoire trop petite et inconfortable...Quant au service de parking, le prestataire utilise pour ses allers retours un trottinette qui place dans votre coffre et le salit...En conclusion, un tarif de palace sans ses prestations....!

However, they will certainly be useful in helping us to improve and understand if and where we could take action. We work every day with the sole aim of satisfying our customers. Unfortunately, this was not the case with you.
However, what surprises me is that during your stay, you always appeared to be smiling with the staff and thanked them upon departure. With such behaviour, it is very strange to read your words.
Given your valuable account of the facts, allow me to respond:
- You did not pay £700 per night but £620, which is perfectly in line with the period and type of our Room
- We are in the city centre. An excellent location, as you mentioned in your ratings. It is normal for there to be movement. Florence is a very lively city. No other guests have complained. But if you didn't sleep well every night, wouldn't it have been better to speak to the Manager? Better to write two months later?
- “Unbelievable” in reference to what? To the information I provided? Thanks to hard work and a lot of passion, my hotels don't need many responses. Our brand reputation speaks for us.
- You asked for a room change. Despite high occupancy, we found you an alternative. But you refused because you absolutely wanted a bathtub.
- Instructions for the telephone .. remote control were not in the bedside table, only one sink, bed too high... Next time I will call you and not our interior designer to furnish the room. Fortunately, this is the first time I have encountered these types of problems.
- Breakfast, as highlighted in our reviews, is one of our strong points. It varies according to the season and alternates products. On the day that "Prosciutto Crudo" was alternated with other Tuscan cold cuts, if you wanted to have it, all you had to do was ask. Our goal is always to satisfy the customer.
In conclusion, with the utmost humility, I suggest that on your next holiday, if you encounter situations that you find unpleasant, speak to the manager immediately, because things can be resolved and a solution can always be found. But if you write YOUR version online two months later, it just makes me smile.
It rarely happens, but we were probably not the right hotel for you.

Quant on se prend pour un palace...!

Memorable Stay
We were escorted to the Hotel by the Front office Manager of Pont Vechio Suites & Spa Mr Adriano as his hotel could’nt meet our needs he went way out and beyond to help find a comfortable stay which was way beyond his line of duty and took us to his Sister Hotel and help get a comfortable stay. Here all the staff were most helpful who all were most accommodating and helpful from their FOM Mr Santiago and all his colleagues. It is a wonderful Hotel well located and well kept, though small but most comfortable and beyond Would surely keep going back Keep up the good work
Home away from Home
I believe this might be our 6th time staying here. We absolutely love this Hotel. Santiago, Andru, Lorenzo, Matteo, Alessandro, Alexandra, Erica and Ginevra (I hope I didn't leave anyone out) are awesome. Every time you walk into the Hotel they greet you with a smile. The rooms are beautiful and quiet and the location is perfect. When we go to Florence we don't look at any other Hotels, I immediately call San Firenze Suites and Spa to book a reservation. Can't wait until we go back. Thank you again for a lovely vacation. See you soon.

Hôtel parfait, très bien situé dans le quartier historique.
En plein cœur du quartier historique, collé à la plazza de la Signoria. Hôtel vrai 4 étoiles avec parties communes élégantes, très bon petit déjeuner. Notre suite exécutive était parfaite pour notre famille avec deux enfants, jolie vue sur les monuments historiques autour. Et personnel très attentionné cherchant toujours la meilleure solution. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
