Fantastic hotel in the middle of everything! We LOVED this hotel. This was our first stop on a three week trip where we stayed at 6 different hotels overall. This one was our favorite of them all. The staff is attentive and kind. The rooms are beautiful and the location can’t be matched. We were able to walk everywhere in Florence and enjoyed the included breakfast and appretivo. It was a wonderful stay and we plan to return and stay again.

A great hotel in a good location. We stayed for four nights at the San Firenze Suites and Spa. It is in a perfect location for all the sights of Florence and easy to return for a siesta if it gets too hot outside! Along with lovely rooms and friendly, very helpful staff, we are very happy to recommend and we would certainly stay here again when we next visit Florence.

San Firenze Hotel and Spa Perfect central location in the city with nice size bedrooms and bathrooms! Breakfast was great with lots of options! Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful! Excellent suggestions for restaurants! I will definitely plan to go there again!

Posto eccezionale dove stare! Da dove cominciare! Questo è stato il nostro primo soggiorno per una settimana celebrando il nostro anniversario. Abbiamo prenotato l'hotel in base alle raccomandazioni dei nostri amici. La colazione a buffet è stata di gran lunga la migliore che abbiamo mai avuto, completa di peperoni grigliati e verdure, dolci e persino torta. Splendidamente esposto anche. Abbiamo scelto una junior suite. Il nostro letto era molto pulito e confortevole e l'aria condizionata funzionava alla grande. Faceva caldo a Firenze mentre eravamo lì quindi abbiamo apprezzato. Il personale della reception era meraviglioso. Erano molto cordiale e disponibile con diverse domande durante la settimana, ma il “sopra e oltre parte” è stato che abbiamo accidentalmente lasciato uno zaino sul sedile posteriore del nostro taxi sulla strada per l’aeroporto. Abbiamo fatto il check-in in aeroporto poi ci siamo resi conto del nostro problema. Dopo una chiamata all'hotel, hanno chiamato la compagnia di taxi (poiché non avevamo idea del nome della compagnia di taxi o dell'autista) e hanno organizzato che l'autista tornasse all'aeroporto per portarci la borsa. Sì, abbiamo pagato l'autista per il viaggio extra, ma ha fatto in tempo a prendere il volo. Wow! Ottimo lavoro! Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno.

Lovely hotel in great location You won’t regret staying at the San Firenze Suites and Spa. The location is very convenient and central to everything. We stayed in a luxury suite and it was such a lovely room. Very spacious with a spa bath. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The best thing about this hotel is its staff. So warm and welcoming and helpful with suggestions. We felt very much at home and would definitely return.

Highly Recommended The San Firenze Suites and Spa was an outstanding experience. This is a boutique hotel with 19 rooms, and the hotel staff is friendly and outstanding. They are truly committed to creating a hospital environment for their guests, always welcoming and greeting with a smile. Fresh fruit flavored water is always available each afternoon for its guests, the rooms are quickly tidied on two separate occasions during the day and evening, and the location is outstanding, as we were within walking distance of all of the shopping, dining, and sight seeing Florence has to offer. The morning breakfast upgrade was well worthwhile, as the variety and quality of the food choices was outstanding. Custom ordered Omelettes are available upon request, as was, eggs, toast, sausages, bacon, fruit, coffee and a variety of juices and water. The dining area was peaceful, well kept and clean. Rooms are large, although the shower stalls were a bit tight and further counter space would have been welcomed. Beds are comfortable and hotel staff friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we had a party of 10 in 3 separate rooms. All of us were very impressed with the hotel's staff, housekeeping, and our stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel and experience Great location and in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Prior to your arrival they send information on dining, attractions and day trips. They coordinated our arrival so that the room was ready for us with no wait. The team was incredibly helpful in advance and during stay. The room was fantastic, large for Europe and clean. Breakfast was delicious with many offerings.

Excellent hotel and wonderful staff This hotel was the best in our last trip to Italy. We stayed at the executive suite which has a beautiful view of the piazza and the cathedral. We could easily go to the Uffizi and other attractions. The room was perfect, breakfast was great, and we also enjoyed the evening happy hour. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. Whenever we are back to Florence, we will stay at San Firenze! I highly recommend it!

Location & Staff--both Excellent! So glad we chose San Firenze Suites. Location is absolutely perfect for touring Florence. Short walk to all the tourist spots and situated on a great corner a stones throw from Piazza della Signoria. Have to mention the staff by name because they were incredible. All of them were huge helps during our stay: Matteo, Allesandro, Letizia, and Santiago. Big thanks to all of them! Simply fantastic. The breakfast each morning was excellent. The happy hour each evening was a great time to unwind and meet fellow guests. Would stay at this hotel again and again. Loved it!

Best hotel! We spent 4 nights in June in Firenze Suites. Great location, within walking distance to most attractions. Very clean. Staff went out of their way to answer all our questions. Breakfast was delicious and made to order eggs and capuccino were a nice touch. Wish more hotels were run like this one. For example, the mattress is hard but the staff provided a mattress topper because I don’t like a firm mattress.

Go all-in for the penthouse with the hot tub We went all-in for the penthouse suite and (if you watch your step!) you will find it excellent. It has a hot tub from which you can get this view at night. It is also right in the middle of everything but not noisy. Breakfast includes freshly squeezed orange juice.

Ottimo posto dove stare a Firenze! Le San Firenze Suites a Firenze superano le nostre aspettative. Abbiamo alloggiato in una lussuosa suite king al 4° piano e dal momento in cui siamo entrati siamo rimasti a bocca aperta. Era arredato con gusto, pulito e spazioso. L'arredamento della camera era molto affascinante con viste fantastiche e persino una terrazza. La colazione gratuita era molto buona e offriva più della consueta colazione continentale. Il letto era super confortevole. Il personale era gentile e disponibile. Il ristorante consigliato dal personale per la cena era perfetto, il miglior pasto che abbiamo fatto a Firenze. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque vada a Firenze. Non rimarrai deluso.

Great location and excellent hotel The location of the property is excellent and very central to Florence. The quality of the furnishings is wonderful. The property is just beautiful and the penthouse suite is perfect for a larger group. The spa is lovely and all other amenities are superb. My son loved the breakfast and happy hour each day. The staff is very friendly and super accommodating helping us book meals and with making suggestions for shopping and attractions. I would highly recommend this property in Florence.

Exquisite Florentine accommodations in the heart of the city. Beautiful and exquisite hotel in the heart of Florence. Our one bedroom suite was beautifully decorated and felt more like we were staying in a Tuscan luxury apartment than hotel. The staff were outstanding, helpful, and very welcoming. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the Duomo, in fact, we slept with a view of the dome from our bedroom lit up at night. Centrally located and 10-15 minutes walking from many attractions. The bed and bedding luxurious. Fantastic bathroom! Breakfast was delicious! We will be back!

An excellent choice when visiting Florence. This hotel is an excellent choice when staying in Florence. It could not be more conveniently located - being just steps from Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi, and all the major sights. It was great to have somewhere so convenient to come back to multiple times throughout the day. The hotel itself is great. The staff could not be more helpful or welcoming. The rooms are recently renovated, beautiful and spotless. We had an Executive Suite, which had a bedroom and living room, looking directly out onto the square. The bathroom was huge and well stocked. It’s honestly one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was solid - more than enough to set you up for the day. The 6pm happy hour also offers a nice start to the evening. There’s nowhere else I’d stay if I returned to Florence.

Excellent My husband and I celebrated our twenty year anniversary here. From the time we walked in the customer service was excellent! The hotel room was beautiful from top to bottom. Excellent amenities with a 2 story room AC, clean fresh towels a mini bar and complementary coffee/espresso in the room. Breakfast served every morning. This place is top tier!
