I could not recommend this hotel more. The service is second to none, the included breakfast is scrumptious and the rooms and facilities are gorgeous. We arrived here after a week of hiking, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Although it is slightly out of the city centre, two taxis were included in the accommodation, and taxis too and from the city were approximately 10 Euros, making the city centre accessible. If you are looking for beautiful accommodation which gives you equal access to the sites and laying by the pool with an Aperol - look no further. Thank you so much to the team, it was a pleasure staying with you.

Meraviglioso e tranquillo Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso. Questo boutique hotel ha un'atmosfera piacevole, lussuosa e tranquilla. Il personale è super gentile e accogliente. Un totale di 9 camere e tutte sono speciali e individuali in un modo molto bello. La posizione è in un bel giardino ben curato e grande - è tranquillo e sopra la città con una splendida vista. Me encuentro en este hotel disfrutando de las comodidades de la habitación, todo limpio y nuevo, la ropa de cama es muy suave, hasta las almohadas son de espuma 💯 , la propiedad está muy bien cuidada, los jardines, todo espectacular, de lujo. Un piccolo paradiso segreto Relais Villa dei Gelsi & Spa è un posto meraviglioso in cui soggiornare a Verona. Un bellissimo santuario in cui fuggire dopo aver assorbito l'atmosfera di Verona e vicino a città come Venezia e il Lago di Garda. Il team di donne è cordiale, professionale, disponibile e non avrebbe potuto essere più accogliente e accomodante durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Sono stati forniti molti consigli e assistenza durante la pianificazione di gite di un giorno, attività, prenotazione di ristoranti e consigli su varie cose: un concierge personale di prima classe. La sistemazione era immacolata, molto confortevole e aveva tutto il necessario per rendere il vostro soggiorno confortevole. I letti e i cuscini erano eccellenti e la camera pulita e gli asciugamani freschi forniti ogni giorno erano adorabili. Le strutture come spa, area piscina, colazione e pranzo erano eccellenti, una vera comodità di lusso. Tutto è così organizzato e allo stesso tempo così rilassato. Il posto sembra una villa privata ma con persone che si prendono davvero cura di te e un po' di compagnia e atmosfera da parte degli altri ospiti, tutti molto gentili e simpatici. Consigliamo Relais Villa dei Gelsi & Spa per qualsiasi periodo di tempo, da un fine settimana a due settimane perché è davvero un piccolo paradiso segreto.

Where to begin!! I can best describe staying here as feeling like this was our private airbnb with staff. There's only 9 rooms on the property and it's so spacious you do feel like you have the place to yourself. The bed was SO comfortable, the linens top quality and I really appreciated the black out curtains for a great night's sleep! I was reminded this is also a spa by the products available in our bathroom, they were luxurious! Coming down in the morning to breakfast is more than worth the 15euro! Fresh pressed juice, eggs however you want them, champagne, cheese, fresh fruit ETC! Fulia and her Staff are some of the kindest people I've ever met. They all get along and in turn give off a fantastic feel to the property. If you're considering booking, DO IT! After a day of site seeing in Verona, coming back to sit by the pool and having a drink is truly idealic.

Uitstekende en magische plek We verbleven 4 nachten in dit prachtige hotel, ongeveer anderhalve kilometer in de heuvels buiten het centrum van Verona. Er zijn uitstekende binnen- en buitenzwembaden, een kleine spa en een prachtig uitzicht vanaf mooie terrassen. Onze kamer was geweldig. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt fantastisch, en ik zou nergens anders verblijven als ik terug zou komen. Een fantastisch boetikhotel met negen kamers.

eleganza e natura un luogo incantevole dove rilassarsi completamente staccando la spina dalla frenesia dei ritmi quotidiani. qui sarete accolti come a casa (di lusso!) di amici premurosi, circondati solo dalla natura e dal cinguettio degli uccellini. ottima anche la prima colazione con super torte fatte in casa. consiglio agli ospiti un massaggio rilassante con la bravissima Jacqueline. un consiglio alla struttura: mettete il telefono nelle camere e migliorate materassi e cuscini. non vedo l'ora di ritornare in questo angolo delizioso...

We spent three wonderful days in this beautiful hotel hidden in the hills above Verona. The estate includes a large, beautifully landscaped garden + an outdoor pool and spa. All the facilities are impeccable. Stuff members were extremely kind and sincerely tried to make us feel as at home as possible. We can praise the excellent breakfast and the very pleasant interior of both the room and common areas. It is clear that the hotel is run by a person with a strong sense of detail. All in all, an unforgettable experience. We'll be back for sure!

Ein wunderbarer Ort, traumhaft gelegen in den Hügeln über Verona. Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, welches uns tagsüber mit Erfrischungen versorgte. Ein stilles Landhaus mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und Schwimmpool! Exzellentes Frühstück. Dank an alle Mitarbeiter/innen! Wir kommen wieder! Hinweis: : in die Via Carlo Donati von der Viale dei Colli von unten über die Via Marsala einfahren; die vom Navi empfohlene Strecke ist nur ein unbefestigter schmaler Weg)

Villa Gelsi, heaven on earth! Perfect location for people who appreciate privacy. Also magnificent views to their picturesque garden and evening city lights. All ladies we met during our stay were hospitality queens - friendly, kind, attentive. The breakfast - boutique style a la carte using fresh organic produce with endless choices. Hotel itself is architectually well designed creating feeling that there’s only few rooms (all entrances hidden in different levels and directions). Also! They have two pools (indoor and outdoor). Highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at Villa dei Gelsi. It was great to dip into beautiful Verona and then back to a relaxing retreat out of the city. The grounds are amazing and we loved the pool and spa area. The service is fantastic, we felt very well looked after and the breakfast was amazing! A very special place.
