Wer hier Ruhe auf hohem Niveau sucht, ist hier richtig.
Der Garten ist top gepflegt und der Pool wunderschön gelegen.
Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig man hat sehr viel Platz.
Wir hatten die Familiensuite mit 2 Schlafzimmern.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet mit seiner riesigen Auswahl und der herzlichen Bedienung der Angestellten. Elena war immer hilfsbereit.
Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Küchenzeile und die Badtür.
Es waren in den Schränken Töpfe verstaut, aber keine Kochplatte vorhanden. Die Klinke der Badtür war defekt.
Auf jeden Fall wird ein Auto empfohlen.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Kepos Etna. Le lieu est magnifique et apaisant, mais ce sont surtout l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel qui rendent l’expérience unique. Tout le monde est chaleureux et aux petits soins, on se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Un grand merci à Daniela, qui s’est occupée de nous avec tellement d’attention.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, avec des produits frais et faits maison : jus d’oranges pressées, guacamole, gâteaux… Un vrai régal chaque matin. Le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de nous faire visiter le jardin, où poussent citronniers, orangers, avocatiers et bien d’autres variétés.
Un endroit plein de charme, humain et authentique. On repart avec de très beaux souvenirs !

Top service, top eten en top locatie!
We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij – je voelt je meteen welkom. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid met een zelfgemaakt zoet én hartig gebak, warme en koude gerechten, verse sappen, een groot assortiment aan brood(jes)… Voor elk wat wils. Ook het restaurant is absoluut het vermelden waard. Onze complimenten aan de chef! Ik was persoonlijk dol op de pasta's, terwijl mijn man grote fan was van de vleesgerechten. De locatie is bovendien ideaal voor wie de Etna wil bezoeken – zowel de noordelijke als de zuidelijke toegang zijn goed bereikbaar.

Beautiful facility with views of the sea and Etna, lovely pool area. Overall we had a great 6 days here, despite some things that should be better.
- Food: Breakfast is great with a good variety of quality options and pleasant service! Lunch and dinner: Prices are quite high as others have said, some dishes have excessive amounts of oil and the staff forgot stuff a few times. The quality is good but not amazing for the money.
- Service: Friendly but not very competent in many areas. Lunch sometimes available at noon, other days not until 2.30pm because the chef isn't there yet. (The info folder in the room says noon-3.30). Leaking shower which was not fixed, the receptionist changed a filter and claimed that was the issue while the shower door seal is the obvious problem. House cleaning's solution was to just put towels around the shower.
- Slow wifi and bad reception in many areas including our room.
- Spa: The massage was great. I recommend seeing the spa itself before booking as it's quite small. After arriving on time i had to wait 40 mins before being able to use the spa as they hadn't turned the sauna on yet. Upon being guided inside there was no soap or towel for me, and no instructions on how to use the Turkish bath. In addition the hot tub was cold. They then turned off the sauna after 1 hr and 45 mins while we booked for 2hrs. They did refund us one hour after which was good, and halfway through they brought towels and soap. These things made it not as relaxing as we'd hoped unfortunately.

cadre exceptionnel entre mer et Etna, piscine à débordement assez extraordinaire, personnel très chaleureux, chambres spacieuses et très propres mais hélas petit déjeuner de piètre qualité et restaurant avec un rapport qualité prix très mauvais
