Petit paradis au milieu de rien
Belle structure parfaitement intégrée dans la nature. Chambres spacieuses et confortables, avec balcon sur l’etang. La demie pension est exceptionnelle, tout est de qualité. Un petit train vous mène à la mer, c’est très romantique. C’est en revanche très isolé, il faut le savoir. Une semaine ça peut être long mais pour nous qui venions d’un périple dans les pouilles c’était 3 jours idéaux
Un séjour d’une semaine qui aurait pu bien se passer sauf que lors d’une séance SPA nos bijoux sont ressortis complément rongés par le mauvais dosage de chlore de la piscine, la direction de l’Hotel n’a jamais voulu reconnaître leur erreur alors que tous les bijoutiers ayant expertisé nos bijoux sont formels : jamais un taux de chlore normal ne peut faire de tels dégâts sur de l’argent et de l’or. Aucun dédommagement n’a été effectué ni geste commercial. Manque de professionnalisme. Donc pour nous c’était la première et dernière fois. Très déçu

Abbiamo scelto questa location fidandoci delle recenzioni. Abbiamo conosciuto NICOLA, operatore di sala e a lui va un ringraziamento speciale per la professionalita',la cortesia,l'attenzione in ogni momento DIMOSTRATA. E' stato proprio questo livello di ospitalita' che ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. Cibo buonissimo !!! relax assoluto !!!

This is a large resort hotel with a great idea in mind. The grounds are beautiful, it looks great, rooms are spacious, there are 2 pools, good restaurant and access to the beach
But the shower pressure is really bad, the bathroom door opens into the bathroom taking half the space, lighting inside the rooms is ineffective, the bedding is so so, there are no mosquito nets on the large balcony doors, there is a large mirror but right by the bed so you can’t really use it.
So - great idea and so so execution.
Чудовий готель, клієнтоорієнтований, кухня дуже на високому рівні. Розташування дуже красиве, хоча до моря хвилин 30 пішки, якщо хочеться в позаурочний час, коли не їздить транспорт. Море з пологим заходом, піщаний пляж, небагато людей - мрія для сімей з дітками. А ще можна з домашніми улюбленцями і це окремий великий + 😊

The hotel should be highly ranked for its comfort, attentive personnel and the restaurant, of course. All our needs have been satisfied: individual time and transfer to the beach, the table registered for each dinner outside, shifting the time of the dinner to the latest slot because we were returning late when the kitchen was about to close, very quick service and always polite.
Lovely clean luxury hotel and spa. Visited mid August. Food was excellent, our party of 5 two had allergies two had dairy/ gluten intolerance restaurant lady manager saw to it that we had best dining experience every meal. Spa was excellent. All staff were very helpful sometimes going beyond what was expected. Beach is well served and well serviced and transport to the beach is frequent.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel due to its warm atmosphere, attentive personnel, high quality and very delicious cuisine where menu was not the same within six days of stay. The personnel made impossible to serve our group.
Ho passato 9 gg da voi. Rientrata oggi. Inizio col dire ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La spiaggia è veramente bella. Trovo un po’ esoso il pagamento di 40€ aggiuntivi per la prima fila, ma l ho fatto perché si sta meglio!
Le camere sono grandi. Letti enormi anche se separati. Molto comodi. Le donne delle pulizie passano la mattina (urlano e chiacchierano nei corridoi un po’ troppo a voce alta, nn so se è una tattica per svegliare i clienti e farli uscire presto, ma, essendo un 5 stelle, MENO)
Il ristorante è la chicca! Non siamo mai andati a cena fuori perché sarebbe stato un peccato! Complimenti a tutto lo staff! C era un ragazzo a fare il cameriere, serio, silenzioso, anche un po’ goffo, ma veloce, efficiente! Tenetevelo stretto. Nn so il nome . Ma era piccolino e robusto. Moro. Serioso. Complimenti!!!!
La delusione: la spa. Non all altezza di tutto il resto. Confusione. Troppa gente. Spartana. Entrati. Usciti.
Se torneremo richiederò la solita stanza 153!

Séjour du 12 au 19 septembre. Exceptionnel: De la réception au dîner tout est parfait: disponibilité, renseignements propreté, chambre grande et très propre, petit déjeuner de très grande qualité et hyper copieux. Service impeccable et avec le sourire. Petit train pour aller à la plage privée. VRAIMENT LE TOP DU TOP.
