fantastico!!! best service, kind people, good sense of humor, regional gourmet meals, spa services above expectations, view at sunset and sunrise breathtaking, reasonable price, local artisians abound, tailor made or not, will ship anywhere and you go home with light bads but treats are waiting at your door.

Lovely hotel and exceptional, friendly staff. Stunning pool area too. The downside included lack of food variety at the hotel (we ended up using the free shuttle bus service to the local town each night to eat dinner where a selection of restaurants served pasta dishes etc. and cheaper) plus the fact there were no activities at the hotel to keep the children entertained, other than use of the pool. However, if you’re looking for a holiday where you want to simply laze by the pool then I would highly recommend.

Ceiling fans would be a Great addition to the rooms. Hotel was great, brautiful views and great staff. Location was great for all the ferry hopping along the amalfi coast.

Agradablemente sorprendido!! Ratio hotel posee una excelente, hermosa, cómoda y amplia infraestrutura, una piscina espectacular y todo, con una vista soñada al mar y la ciudad Sus habitaciones son amplías, limpias además de estar bien decoradas y equipadas La atención de su personal excepcional, muy amables y con una preocupación casi paternal!! de sus huéspedes. Preocupados de entregarnos toda la información de los lugares disponibles para visitar, organizado ellos mismo, el trasporte, las reservas y entregándonos todas las alternativas para cada requerimiento que les hicimos. Todo lugar visitado según estas recomendaciones fueron excelentes, dándonos no solo una agradable estadía en el hotel, sino que también fuera de el.

Fantastic!! It’s important to realise that good hotels like this. You come across once in a blue moon that have everything all at the same time the location the service the reasonable price the incredible view the fabulous restaurant the wonderful atmosphere and yes you could find something more expensive, but I doubt whether they find something that touches your heart in the same way.

Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro matrimonio in questa cornice da favola sabato scorso. Ci siamo innamorati di questo hotel fin dal primo momento, ed abbiamo deciso fin da subito - senza valutare altri locali - che avremmo festeggiato qui il nostro giorno speciale. Ci tengo a ringraziare le ragazze che ci hanno seguito del servizio Banqueting che sono state pazienti, disponibili e gentili; ringrazio il direttore per la gentilezza e tutto lo staff; è stato tutto impeccabile, una grande attenzione a noi sposi ma anche a tutti i nostri ospiti; cibo favoloso i nostri amici e parenti sono rimasti a bocca aperta per la bontà e la quantità ma soprattutto senza fiato per la vista che questo posto regala; non smettono di ringraziarci. E noi non possiamo che ringraziare tutti voi. Sarà per sempre il nostro posto del cuore 💖 Rosita e Alessandro Solo un appunto- e ci tengo a precisare che è un servizio di cui non si occupa l’hotel direttamente ma si tratta della wedding che lavora però per l’hotel- personalmente non abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza sia per i modi sia per come si è svolto il servizio confettata ed angolo rum e sigari; abbiamo ricevuto varie lamentele da parte dei nostri ospiti e noi stessi abbiamo riscontrato il tutto; ci dispiace molto perché abbiamo curato tutti i dettagli fin dall’inzio per cui ci tenevamo a fare bella figura anche per quest’altro aspetto. Ovviamente esperienza personale.
