Hotel Ponte Vecchio Suites & Spa Reviews

Could not have had a better experience at Ponte Vecchio Suites. Staff is seasoned, kind and ultra professional. Rooms are spotless and anyone who knows Florence would agree the location is ideal - near sites but more local in feel. Nowhere better to stay!

Exactly what we expected and their staff was super helpful! Make sure to book a garage stop before you arrive if you are coming during a busy time!

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The only feedback I would have some breakfast items were not fresh such as fresh fruit. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. Very friendly, personable service from the reception staff. Communication prior to our stay was excellent and very helpful to make salon appointments and information regarding the City of Florence.

We recently stayed here for 4 nights, at the recommendation of one of my friends who also stayed here for her honeymoon. This hotel is so charming and is in an ideal location - everything is in within a 10 minute walk. The croissants each morning were scrumptious, and the cappuccinos were also delicious. They do an aperitivo for guests in the evening, which we also attended once and enjoyed. From recommendations for things to do to making dinner reservations for us, they really do it all! Super friendly staff.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here for our honeymoon. We were greeted with a warm welcome with staff that was always willing and ready to help with whatever we requested. It’s in a fantastic location. They have a complimentary happy hour every night at 6 which was a nice perk. We had a very spacious room which had a bottle of champagne waiting for us upon our arrival. The room was nice and comfortable but did not look like the photos on their website. I would definitely stay here again!

It was our first time to Florence and our stay at Ponte Vecchio Suites and Spa was wonderful! Pietro greeted us warmly and provided some suggestions of what to see and do. Our room was clean, comfortable and inviting. The breakfast option and selections were diverse. Location was ideal. And the staff and service were fantastic! Highly recommend☺️

We loved our 10 night stay, the suites were chic, we had an executive suite and a superior suite, and the hotel is in a great location, close to everything. They offer a nice breakfast and a fun happy hour. The best part of our stay was the staff, the deserve 10 stars! Every Recommendation was Perfect and the Generally Care about their guests. One day, my Mom was under the weather and stayed back at the hotel for the day, the checked on her throughout the day. This goes above and beyond customer service. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It was an Excellent Choice for us.

Great location. walk to all the tourist attractions but yet a little removed from all the craziness. Service was outstanding at check-in rooms were extremely clean and they had service twice a day. The breakfast was so very good with good quality food. Good variety and nice servers overall great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Особенно хочется отметить прекрасную Ольгу, она относится к гостям как к друзьям, которые приехали к ней в гости, отвечает на все интересующие вопросы, помогает в поиске достопримечательностейи ресторанов. Когда мы приехали нас встретил Сантьяго - благодаря его улыбке мы сразу почувствовали, что выбрали лучший отель во Флоренции. Вкусный, разнообразный завтрак, вечером с 18.00 до 19.30 "Happy hour"- закуски, напитки для поднятия настроения. Кровать удобная, уборка по несколько раз в день, постель меняют каждый день, минеральная вода, кофемашина Нестле, чайник и чай. Местоположение идеальное. Всё близко. Мы ещё не уехали, но уже хотим сюда вернуться.
