Overall, the hotel is the best in the city. They have a private garden which you can relax in, away from the business of the city. We nearly booked The Savoy and are so glad we didn't because it's immersed within the chaos. With the Four Seasons, you're close to the chaos but you can actually relax after being in the city for half the day.
The service is absolutely top tier. Some of the best we've experienced. The room service chap, who is originally from Netherlands, was top tier day after day. The chap who was doing the morning room service was also so nice. The staff in the garden restaurant area (by the sea food restaurant during the late morning/day) were exceptional. The chap from Philippines, the guy with short hair in the suit, they were all fantastic, extremely good with our daughter.
Door staff were 10/10. Our check in experience was fantastic. The biggest thing that stuck out to us though was how well the hotel staff treated our daughter. Kids are welcome and treated really well.
A single comment I have, which isn't enough for me to take away a star in my rating, is that if you book a deluxe room with a sofa bed, the sofa bed doesn't come out into a double bed, it comes out into a single. It caused friction for us the first night but did not ruin our stay. Therefore I would recommend contacting the hotel before your stay if you are going to utilize the sofa bed. We were booking last minute so upgrades not possible there.
Valet was perfect and convenient, they have their own private car park area too. Retrieval was easy, they loaded our cases in, just a wonderful time.
So to conclude, we will be returning in the future and won't look at any other hotels.
