Mi sembra di percepire una gestione direzionale fortemente focalizzata sul fatturato a discapito sia dell'attenzione al cliente sia del rispetto del personale. Questo approccio si riflette in un servizio rigido e poco empatico. La comunicazione è poco trasparente: le immagini promozionali valorizzano la posizione collinare, ma omettono il fatto che l’hotel si trovi immediatamente accanto all’autostrada. Dal punto di vista logistico, la posizione è poco funzionale. Raggiungere il centro senza taxi è complesso e anche fare una semplice passeggiata fuori dall’hotel risulta poco praticabile. Nel complesso, la ritengo una struttura dal rapporto qualità/prezzo discutibile e con un approccio gestionale da superare.
