Mio marito mi ha regalato un massaggio presso ELSPA, ma purtroppo mi è capitata una massaggiatrice incompetente, non è stato affatto rigenerante e tranquillo, ha frizionato la pelle senza sapere quello che stava facendo. Peccato perchè la scorsa volta, con un'altra professionista era sto tutto molto bello e rilassante.

Magica, da favola!! Mi trovavo a Roma per vacanza. Abbiamo cercato spa per rilassarci e provare il percorso hammam (che non avevo mai fatto). Partendo dalla reception fino agli operatori, posso solo dare il massimo dei voti. Gentili, cordiali, puntuali, massima igiene, professionali. Una volta che entri dimentichi ciò che c' è fuori: smog, rumori, stress. Un mondo parallelo di relax fisico e mentale. Ritornerò con molto piacere e lo consiglio a tutti.

It is probably best to tell new customers what to expect when first entering your spa. I understand Italian but lost the ability to speak it fluently a long time ago so even a handout would work or instructions on your website just so we knew where everything was and where to find things we needed in order to feel comfortable.

Such an enjoyable and relaxing experience. All of the staff were excellent and extremely nice, they learned my name right away. The interior is extremely clean and comfortable. It really gives the vibe of an ancient Roman spa. If you have the time and want to try a Roman spa experience, this is the place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It was a treat gifted by my husband as it’s not something I would book for myself. I went in with no expectations which turned out to be one of the most amazing experiences. The hamman spa was nothing like I had experienced but the massage was perfect for the soul. My massage therapist was the person I needed for both the massage and spiritually. The customer service was beautiful, the spa was clean and overall experience was highly rated. If I am ever in Rome again, I know where to go 🙏
