Has to be one of the best locations in Florence! We recently wrapped up a family holiday in Florence with 6 nights in this property. The reception and lobby are very unassuming - but the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. In terms of locations, not sure you can ask for a better one. Staff was attentive and accommodating. Would go back here or maybe try one of their other properties nearby on the next trip. Highly recommended.

Perfect location to explore Florence The location of the hotel was superb! It has a boutique feel with very friendly staff. The rooms are well designed although not overly big, but everything you need for a great holiday! Breakfast is buffet style and very nice! Would recommend for couples, families or friendship groups

Lovely boutique hotel in Florence. My adult daughter and I spent a weekend at this lovely boutique hotel in late June. We found the room to be comfortable and charming with a really great shower. But the staff of the hotel made for a truly excellent stay. Everyone was kind and helpful before our arrival, helping us arrange transportation, book restaurants, answer questions, etc. and just as lovely during our stay. The vibe is simply extremely pleasant. We also enjoyed some excellent massages and pedicures in the spa and some lovely evenings at the rooftop lounge. The hotel is steps from the Ponte Vecchio and its hordes of tourists, but somehow feels removed and quiet. The Continentale is a gem in the heart of Florence.

1 gg a Firenze Posizione impareggiabile, gentilezza assoluta (abbiamo avuto upgrade della stanza ) ,stanze un po piccole e da ammodernare ma molto pulite. Roof top stupendo . Lo consiglio per posizione e gentilezza , gli spazi son un po piccoli ma curati

Fabulous Firenze This hotel was fantastic. The minute I walked in the door -no actually before I walked in the door-I was greeted by Ashraf -so friendly so helpful! Then checking in was so easy and pleasant-the room was wonderful. The breakfast service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend and not hesitate to stay here again. The location is perfect -all in all the place to stay as far as i am concerned!

Soggiorno stupendo grazie a uno Staff professionale e attento Hotel in pieno centro di Firenze di fronte a Ponte Vecchio si parla di metri, camere molto belle terrazza con vista da mozzafiato colazione molto buona e variegata. Romântico e perfeito!!!! Staf super simpático e pronto para te atender nos mínimos detalhes .'acomodação perfeita. Meu banheiro tinha um terraço com vista para a ponte Vechio. Decoração e conforto TOP. O bar do Roof Top maravilhoso. Vista incrível!!! Perfeito!!!! Localização perfeita em uma rua sem barulho.

Miglior hotel a Firenze! Ottimo hotel! Il personale era meraviglioso. Erano così disponibile e ha dato meravigliosi consigli sui ristoranti. Il bar sul tetto è must! Aveva una splendida vista e bevande favolose. Le camere erano spaziose e belle. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Continentale Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city,with a wonderful views on Ponte Vecchio and all Florence. Hotel has a glamorous atmosphere and great service. You can enjoy your day or evening in La Terrazza at the hotel's rooftop bar offering panoramic views of the Ponte Vecchio and River Arno. We had such an amazing stay, I highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect staycation Amazing hotel, with a very comfortable and cozy rooms, friendly staff. We came here for 3 days and enjoyed everything so much! Picteresque views on Florence on both sides you can see the main art objects such as Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel con la migliore ospitalità Era l'hotel più meraviglioso. Il personale, dalla receptionist al personale addetto alle pulizie, è stato impareggiabile nella loro ospitalità, che non ho mai sentito in nessun altro hotel. Le camere sono anche molto romantiche e lo consiglio soprattutto per le coppie. Ho apprezzato anche il fatto che le camere venivano pulite più volte al giorno. Consiglierei anche una visita al bar sul tetto. Le tariffe delle camere non sono economiche, quindi se preferite un hotel più economico, vi consiglierei altre alternative. Inoltre, mentre ha un'ottima posizione proprio di fronte a Ponte Vecchio, è possibile sentire rumori fuori fino a mezzanotte, quindi se si preferisce il silenzio perfetto, questo potrebbe non essere il posto per voi. Non ci dispiaceva molto. Nel complesso, valuterei questo hotel come il miglior hotel in termini di personale, servizio, camere e posizione.

Fantastico Aperitivo super sulla terrazza con vista su Firenze. Ambiente rilassante e piacevole, accogliente e informale seppur curato nel minimo dettaglio. Da 10....niente da aggiungere! Grazie alla carinissima Ina per il servizio e i consigli azzeccatissimi su vino e altre cocktali (squisito). Da ripetere senz'altro!!!!

Great hotel in Florence Beautiful hotel in heart of Florence...staff was fantastic, friendly, very helpful...Would stay again. Breakfast buffet was good. Loved the roof top lounge. Our family had drinks and light snacks there one night. Perfect view of Florence.

Eccellente! Ottimo hotel con una posizione eccellente. Il servizio era eccezionale, le camere erano molto pulite e confortevoli. Anche il personale era molto gentile: è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. La posizione in particolare era un vantaggio enorme, esci dall'hotel e ti ritrovi proprio nel cuore della città.
