Friendly and pleasant staff from the moment you enter until you leave, special mention to Benat who at all times showed his professionalism applying the ultrasound machine and his massage technique showing his great experience and skill in this area.
Highly recommended if you visit Rome.

Esperienza ai limiti della truffa. State attenti!! Rituals Navona pubblicizza sull'app Treatwell una promozione a 0.01€ che non esiste. La proprietaria gioca sulle parole per difendere il raggiro. Uno schifo totale per una Spa nel centro di Roma. Allego foto della ricevuta.

I was visiting Rome for the first time and wanted to have a SPA day. I looked at many SPAs but ultimately chose this one. I wanted a facial and massage and went with the lady’s package which includes body scrub and mud, facial, and massage. They accommodated me two days in advance and went in on a Sunday. Samantha was my service provider and she was professional and very good at what she does. I felt so relaxed and enjoyed the body scrub and mud (never had that done). I will absolutely be back for a refresher, the whole experience provided me with much needed relief from so much walking. Thank you Samantha!! Highly recommend: )

Fantastic place in the heart of Rome. Well furnished SpA with everything you need for a marvellous relaxing time. Alice was the best person I could find, she took me through several treatments, from sofisticsted massages to estetic works.She is professional ,warm hearted and dedicated to their clients. I raccomend her for a fantastic relaxing time. Great place and amazing staff.

Ero alla ricerca di un percorso spa di coppia come regalo a sorpresa per il compleanno del mio compagno. Sin dal primo contatto di persona, Samantha mi ha accolto con gentilezza e professionalità, spiegandomi le diverse opzioni e mostrandomi i vari spazi dedicati. Prenoto il pacchetto spa suite plas per sabato mattina.
Al nostro arrivo l'intero team ci riceve con grande empatia e sorrisi, entriamo nella suite e troviamo una sorpresa nella sorpresa, la stanza era stata allestita con palloncini e uno striscione "Happy birthday", bellissimo e il mio compagno felicissimo. Iniziamo con un meraviglioso massaggio di coppia eseguito dai bravissimi Deborah e Benat, 30 minuti in paradiso praticamente. Completiamo la mattinata con 1h 30 di Spa privata e un aperitivo con tanto di bollicine.
Cos'altro dire, se siete alla ricerca di un centro dove poter staccare completamente per 2 ore in completo relax siete nel posto giusto! 😊 La cordialità, competenza e accoglienza del personale un vero plus!

This was the best massage and spa experience we have ever had. The two lady’s who did the couple massage and facial were experts. Left feeling so fresh revitalised and could do back flips. The lady who greeted us was perfection. Have traveled the world and never had an experience like this!

Un massage divin, mais une expérience SPA gâchée.
Nous avons été bien accueillis, et le SPA nous a été privatisé. Cela aurait pu être parfait, mais le bain à remous n'était pas à la température indiquée. Lorsque nous avons demandé à augmenter la température, on nous a répondu que celle-ci était la température d'été et qu'ils ne la modifieraient pas pour trois heures seulement. C'est vraiment dommage, car nous n'avons pas pu en profiter.
Une belle planche apéritive accompagnée d'un verre de Prosecco nous a été servie. La partie massage en duo a été très agréable ; le personnel s'est montré discret et cordial.
À la fin de la séance, à 20h00, après avoir émergé de ce délicieux massage, nous avons rejoint l'espace vestiaire. Le temps de prendre une douche et de nous préparer, environ 20 minutes plus tard, on nous a presque poussés dehors car l'établissement fermait pour les vacances. Cela a quelque peu gâché l'expérience. Nous avons aussi compris pourquoi le bain à remous n'était pas à la bonne température (38°C) : ils avaient probablement commencé à le débrancher plus tôt dans la journée.
Pour conclure :
• L'accueil : Très bien.
• Le cadre : Moyen.
• Le massage : Savoureux.
• Le prix du forfait duo : Élevé pour l'ensemble, surtout en raison de l'impossibilité de profiter du bain à remous.
• L'après-massage : Vraiment dommage de devoir se presser ; cela fait perdre tout le sens d'une détente SPA/massage.

I have recently been on vacation in Rome and after walking 20 kilometers a day I need a massage to recover my legs. This SPA is the best option. Without hesitation. He estado de vacaciones recientemente por Roma y luego de caminar 20 kilómetros al día necesito un masaje para recuperar mis piernas. Este SPA es la mejor opción. Sin dudarlo. RUN don't walk to this spa!
We arrived in Rome the day before and I wanted a relaxing day to re cover with my husband from climbing steep stairs and hills in the Amalfi Coast. I am 6 and a half months pregnant and walking for 3-5 hours everyday, my muscles and joints were so sore! For our couples massage, I received a prenatal massage, it soothed my tired feet, legs and shoulder! They avoided my abdomen area and gently helped me onto my side during the massage to turn. They took care of both myself and my husband. We took a shower in the same massage room before going to our private spa with a jacuzzi, Turkish bath, dry sauna, and appertifs.
This was our first time having this type of experience, 10/10 do not miss out on this opportunity, go book your visit asap. Will definitely be recommending to friends back at home in Canada and returning for another visit. This is everything that a LUXURY baby moon is supposed to be!!
