I found this hotel to be absolutely amazing in every aspect. The room was as comfy as it gets, location was perfect and quiet, the fitness center is basic but well equipped, and the breakfast was excellent. Not to mention the staff which was top notch!! Can’t wait to be back in January :)

Great experience and super clean apartment Rooms are spacious and well decorated, cleaning staff are really professional especially Damaris and Sirjana. They are discreet and each time our appartment is cleaned by them it’s spot on.

5 stars is not enough! This is our favourite hotel. The staff are superb, extremely friendly and efficient. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and always had the best service, hence why we return! Our suite was lovely and we made very good use of the well furnished terrace! Thanks to Carlo for arranging our suite. Antonella went above and beyond, she is so friendly and extremely efficient All the staff were wonderful as usual and the service was outstanding at breakfast and the other restaurants, nothing was too much trouble. The food was first class! Special thanks to Noella, Davide, Francesco, Guiseppe and Lorenzo in fact everyone!.

Really nice hotel at the heart of Rome. Smaller than I thought it would be, keeping that boutique feeling. It has spacious and modern rooms, with a solid breakfast and good staff.

Don’t get room 101 because you will be waking up at 10pm and 2am every night, even on the weekends. The room TV and coffee pot didn’t work but that wasn’t the issue, it was the trash company coming at 10pm & 2am and the trash cans are right outside Room 101 window. Staff was great and the breakfast was amazing. Told them about my issues with the trash cans and basically was told I got that room because I used Points to pay for it and they weren’t going to give it to the people that were having the meetings there. If you do get Room 101, stay out until 3 AM… LOL

The perfect location in Rome. Close to the hop on hop off bus stops; our favorite way to see a city. 2 metro stops to the Vatican. 7 minutes to Tremini train station. Rooms are not as victorian as some in Europe, good size not an arm and a leg cost wise. Although I am sure summer prices are higher. We use a travel agent.
