Our extension and are highly impressed with the standard of their work . Perfect finishes polite and tidy workman that are always on time . They work really hard and from the onset until completion the communication was excellent , the detail and workmanship I cannot fault . I would highly recommend anyone to use them without a doubt .

We recently had a single-storey wrap-around extension completed by the brilliant guys from Prenga, including a brand-new garden, utility room, kitchen, and office, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of workmanship is exceptional — every detail has been finished to a brilliant standard, and the whole project has completely transformed our home.
Communication throughout the entire build was excellent. The team kept us updated at every stage, were always approachable, and made the whole process feel smooth and well-organised. What really stood out, though, was the post-build support. Even after the work was completed, they were quick to answer questions and came back promptly for any small tweaks or checks.
Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional builder. We’re absolutely thrilled with the final result!
We used Prenga for a full house refurbishment, which included a rear extension, wrap around side and front double story extension and a complete and major garden landscaping overhaul.
You hear occasional horror stories about people’s experiences with their builders, but I have to say this couldn’t be further from the truth in our situation. The experience with Prenga was exceptional from start to finish.
I took a number of references from their previous customers and in line with all of the feedback I received, our project came in ahead of schedule and on budget, which is almost unheard of. Every other builder we spoke to quoted 8-10mths (one even said 1 year) for our project. Prenga quoted 6 months on our contract, but confidently assured me they would be done in 4 months. They were! The only stress is wiith that speed, also comes the need to make very quick decisions (mainly about kitchens, bathrooms and general finishes) in order to not slow the overall project down. A nice problem to have.
At every stage and no matter what area of the build, someone was there to help, advise and make things less stressful. Bled our project manager, was great to work with, present and responsive whenever we needed him and like all of the lead members of the Prenga team we dealt with over the course of our project, he genuinely cared about the quality of the work. Lucian, who owns the company, stayed in touch throughout the process and made sure everything was running smoothly. An example of the type of difference they made would be that our plans originally included an awkward column that would have been stuck in the middle of our kitchen. A combination of Lucian’s eye for structural steelwork and his great relationship with our structural engineer enabled him to find a solution that allowed us to remove this and now we have a completely unobstructed and open plan kitchen/diner/living space. There are many other examples of the value they bring to the project.
Sarah was there for all of our office queries and she always responded quickly and kept us up to date. A big shout out also goes to Arbi, Mani and Geni who all handled their respective areas with the same ethos you experience and come to expect with Prenga.
Everyone on the team was professional, polite and great to have around the house. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We honestly couldn’t recommend Prenga highly enough, they turned what could have been a stressful project into something which was as enjoyable as it could be and and we’re thrilled with the result.

Prenga came to us highly recommended by friends. As such we used them for a ground floor extension and renovation. We were exceptionally pleased with both the quality and cost of the work and Prenga did a good job at keeping to budget and time. (The whole project was completed within three months). The company is led by three highly competent brothers (the family Prenga) and assisted by the very personable Sarah. If good quality workmanship carried out in a timely fashion are your priorities then Prenga is certainly a call.

We met with 7 builders, after which we knew that Lucian and his team at Prenga would be the ones to deliver. We knew it would be challenging, but Prenga and the team would accommodate what we needed and most importantly build our family home extension to a good quality that meets building standards or even exceeds it. The entire team was amazing and patient with us at times too. We particularly thought the landscaping, tiling, electrics, plumbing and roofing as well as all ground and structural works was done to perfection. They work at speed and deliver quality finish overall. We would highly recommend them and if ever we do development work again, Lucian would be our first call. 5 stars from us without hesitation.

From start to finish, we really can't fault Prenga Limited. They invest heart and soul into each and every project, it feels as if your home is all that they have on! Each and every member of their team are exceptional. Lucianne and Sarah guided us initially, showing expertise and patience throughout. Bled and his phenomenal visions, working together with us to ensure that the final product was exactly how we wanted it, and of course the incredibly talented Arber who built everything inside our home to absolute perfection! The plumbers, electricians, decorators, tilers, foundation team (I'm sure we have forgotten someone!), thank you all so much. We've enjoyed every second working with Prenga Ltd and can't understand why anyone would go with any other builder!!!
I have used Prenga over the last several years for varying jobs from driveways to extensions. Lucian is a ‘one stop shop’ and gets you through every job with ease and without stress. We've been delighted with Prenga. They've delivered on time and on budget! The team are really helpful and have guided us through the project. They kept the site tidy throughout and even came twice to clean the house upon completion!
I wanted to sum up our experience with Prenga Limited in a few sentences, it is impossible. I would highly recommend them. They are efficient, great at communication, they keep you updated, managing timescales, and involving you throughout the whole project. They are also great with working with suppliers and incorporating them and managing their expectations around timeframes.
From meeting Lucian, his honesty and determination really shines. Him and his team guided us before the project started on what we needed to do, ideas on layouts and assistance with timeframes and budget.
During the project, the efficiency of the work itself and project management was incredible. They maintained timeframes and managed our expectations on when they needed items to be ready e.g. Flooring, bathrooms etc.

Amazing builders. Lucian is a fantastic project manager. His efficiency for time management is his strength. His team were really friendly and accommodating and nothing was a problem. Because of Lucians efficiency, work progress moves quickly and therefore all decisions of build and interiors need to be made prior to start date as there’s no messing around with Lucian. Prenga has made my dream house into a reality. I absolutely love it and can’t thank Lucian and team enough for all their work.
I was looking for another building company to help me, after I had unfortunately used a rouge builder, who done a terrible unfinished job on my bathroom.
Lucian, who is the owner of Prenga, went out of his way to help me, even though he had many projects already ongoing and this all happened around Christmas time…
Nevertheless, now the works have been completed by his team of workers and I could not of wished for a more beautiful looking bathroom now it’s finally completed.

You will not regret booking your project with Prenga Ltd.
From our very first meeting with Lucian and Olti, we were extremely comfortable and felt they really listened to our views and knew what we wanted to achieve with our project. We knew from that day we wanted Prenga Ltd to be our builders.
Our project was a full house renovation including new plumbing & electrics (3 bed) plus porch, downstairs WC, kitchen extension, loft conversion with en-suite, demolish and rebuild of garden room/office with full landscape of our garden. From the initial quote and breakdown of works, to the payment schedule and timeframe of 16 weeks we were questioning are they too good to be true!. It wasn’t until our build started did we truly see how invested everyone working for Prenga became, from the demolition team all the way through to the end clean, we knew that we were dealing with a professional company and passionate individuals.
During the build, we were updated regularly by Lucian, Arber or Olti. Each night the site was cleaned of any rubbish and secured. Prenga really do strive to achieve a very high standard of finish in all aspects of your project and within budget.
I can honestly say without Lucian’s knowledge and vision and the hard work of all involved, we would never have achieved what we achieved in our small 3 bed terrace… i have attached some before and after photo’s so you can see how amazing their work is, you can also watch a BBC programme called Your Home Made Perfect season 4 episode 5 (Reena & Wes) to see the transformation of our downstairs… that’s right Prenga Ltd are famous :)
