We loved our stay, we were able to get in the property early to leave our bags and then we left the cleaning team to it. Monica and Adam were very responsive and gave a great handover. The location... you need a car as you are not walking for miles in 38 degrees with shopping and also very handy to explore the local golf courses and surrounding areas. Airport is 25 mins away. Will definitely be back!!

This is beautiful home that’s tastefully decorated with plenty of rooms for many friends or families. The swimming pool in the backyard is a bonus. It’s close to the lagoon where kids and adults can enjoy. We had a gala time in this place.💕

Vi hade en helt underbar vistelse och kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Huset var lyxigt, mycket rent och välskött, och hade allt vi behövde för en perfekt semester. Allt motsvarade våra förväntningar och mer därtill. Den privata poolen var helt fantastisk och en av höjdpunkterna under vistelsen. Även det gemensamma poolområdet/sjön i området var väldigt fint och välskött. Värden var dessutom mycket hjälpsam genom hela processen och gav tydlig och utförlig information om boendet, incheckning och allt annat vi behövde veta, vilket gjorde vistelsen både enkel och bekymmersfri. Vi uppskattade verkligen den höga standarden, lugnet och den fina miljön. Det här är ett boende som vi definitivt kommer att rekommendera till familj och vänner, och vi hoppas få möjlighet att komma tillbaka igen i framtiden. Tack för en fantastisk vistelse!

Great Stay We recently rented a Almendro villa for a week. The communications were great with Monica and instructions of how to access the villa really clear, which was important as we were arriving really late. The villa was easy to find and absolutely spotless when we arrived. The cleaning quality and the little arrival hamper were welcome. This further continued into the lovely heated pool which was also immaculate. These villas are new and a really good size for families, my children enjoyed the basement suite. Santa Rosalina is a lovely resort and Monica and Andy are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay hope to return again soon. Totally recommend this company and these villas

Purchase of property on Santa Rosalia Lifestyle resort I had a fantastic experience with Andy from Premium Spain and would highly recommend him. What a lovely friendly, kind, helpful and professional individual who remained that throughout the entire process. There was never any pressure at any stage, which made everything feel comfortable and straightforward. Andy was also extremely attentive and always available to answer any questions I had, responding quickly and clearly every time and helping sorting out many an obstacle we had along the way. We recently bought our dream Property in Santa Rosalía and honestly, we wouldn’t have made it without Andy and Monica from Premium Spain Properties. From day one, they stood out with their incredible knowledge of the area, the market, and every little detail that matters when you’re buying abroad. What impressed us the most was how personal their service felt — nothing was ever too much. Andy went the extra mile again and again: answering every question (even the ones we didn’t know we needed to ask!), giving us honest advice, and making sure we always felt supported and confident. And it didn’t stop once the contract was signed. Andy’s after-sales support has been absolutely amazing — helping us with utilities, key holding, community info… you name it. We stayed in this ground floor apartment in Santa Rosalia for two weeks and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was lovely, well-equipped with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, and the private gate at the back gave us direct access to the park and swimming pools – it made spending the day by the pool so easy, especially with kids. The management agent met us at the property and showed us around, which was a really nice touch. Monica was also available on WhatsApp throughout our stay and very accommodating whenever we had questions. We spent many evenings enjoying family meals on the large terrace, and the neighbours in the complex were all very friendly and welcoming – it really added to the relaxing atmosphere. The lagoon was just a short walk away and quickly became our favourite spot. The beach hut was open daily, perfect for a casual lunch when we didn’t feel like cooking – the food was always great and reasonably priced. We also had dinner at La Reserva restaurant, which was lovely. They offer both a bar menu and a restaurant menu, so there’s something for everyone. We were lucky to be there on one of the entertainment nights – it was a great atmosphere and a really enjoyable evening. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the lagoon, which is truly stunning. The beach there was honestly better than any traditional beach we’ve ever been to! The apartment complex has both a kids' pool and an adults' pool, both of which were ideal for relaxing and spending the day. While there were no sunbeds at the pool, we were happy to lie on the grass, and you can easily pick up a lounger from a local shop if needed. We’d recommend hiring a car, as the nearest shop is a short drive away – but that’s a small trade-off for such a beautiful, peaceful location. We absolutely love Santa Rosalia and feel so lucky to have found it. We’ll definitely be returning next year! The only other thing I would add is that they could do with bigger pillows for the beds, as the ones provided were quite thin. Other then that, it was perfect!

From the moment I enquired about a property to now when we are half way through the build Andy has always been there at the end of the phone, email, message and gets back to me instantly. I can't fault him enough and am so pleased to be buying from Andy. He has guided me through the process, advised me on Solicitors and attended the Notary and Solicitor with me and helped me choose all my options. Nothing is too much and he has gone out of his way with helping me with Banks, Currency Exchanges, Optional extras and at all times giving me an honest and open response to the many questions I have. I've never been left wondering what is happening, I get regular updates, videos of our villa and every question I ask is answered the same day in full, even when Andy does not have the answer he lets me know and speaks to the Developers. What fantastic customer service is that !!! I am sure that this will continue until keys are handed over and beyond that as we will entrust our villa to Andy to help look after as a key holder. When you are spending such a large sum of money, you want to feel secure, safe that everything is as it should be and that nothing is to much. Andy has delivered exactly this and more. Big thank you for everything you have done so far.
