This was the best service I have ever received. Bought a beautiful blue relaod carpet online but the color was not ok with my decor. I was able to exchange it for another stunning carpet. Even got it delivered with express overnight courier straight to my home in Pretoria! No hassles. The carpet is stunning and perfect! What a pleasant experience!

I ordered a carpet online and before sending it, Amir brought issues with the carpet to my attention. He offered me other choices to select from or a full refund. I made a new selection, and it was just delivered. To my surprise, he included a second small carpet as a thank you for my willingness to compromise. Thank you, Amir! I ordered my persian carpet online last Sunday, Monday it was collected for delivery. Amir contacted me immediately to inform ne that they are sending it out to me. My carpet arrived and it was exactly like the photo online. Very very happy with my purchase and the service I got.
