Ordered a deep clean but it was more of a general clean, lots of parts still dirty. Beforehand I sent them photos of the rooms that needed cleaning and they quoted me 3 hours. But after 3 hours they hadn't come close to finishing and I had to pay for an extra hour for them to do the agreed upon job. Then they left 20 minutes early. When I pointed out some parts that were still dirty the cleaner sighed and was clearly complaining to her colleague in another language. I had to clean after they left, see photos. A half-baked job with a bad attitude, unfortunately. Seems like a bit of a scam.

Booked them for steam carpet cleaning and was really happy with the outcome. They arrived on time, moved things carefully and took their time on the high-traffic areas. The carpets looked brighter, smelled clean and dried quicker than expected. Professional, polite and easy to work with.

This was a post decorator clean so there was a lot to do. Absolutely fabulous job, with real attention to detail. I'm very particular about cleanliness, and the cleaners left my flat beautifully, indeed beatifically clean. They were also careful with my things so nothing was damaged and everything was exactly as it should be. Communication with the office was easy and pleasant. Five star service at a very reasonable price.
