I recently had treatment at Premier Veins Solihull with Mr. Donald Adam as my surgeon and Clive assisting, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. The professionalism, care, and reassurance they provided from start to finish were exceptional.
I underwent Radiofrequency Ablation and Ultrasound-Guided Foam Sclerotherapy, and the whole procedure was quick, smooth, and far more comfortable than I expected. Being awake meant a little mild discomfort at times, but nothing more than that — the team kept me relaxed and informed at every step.
The aftercare has been outstanding, with clear, helpful guidance that made recovery simple to manage. I’m now 4 weeks post-op and already seeing a huge difference in both the appearance and comfort of my leg.

I had an appointment with the lovely jade, for facial thread veins, the treatment it’s self was not painful at all, I was red for a couple hours after, the veins are fading and I’m hoping they will disappear even more, lovely clinic, and Jade is fab.

Had my veins treated by Mr Donald Adam, such a pleasant Consultant, put me at ease at my first consultation.
The procedure was not painful , good advice provided by Mr Adam following my first leg being treated, 3 weeks later back again for the other leg.
So far I am very happy with the results, still some bruising and darkness on the treated veins but Mr Adam assured me this would settle down and eventually dissappear.
I woukd definitely recommend Premier Veins and Mr Donald Adam. Thank you.

The procedure was explained in detail.
Whilst it was a little uncomfortable, it was quite painless.
