Excellent care and service from Donald and his team. I choose to have the free 15 min consultation so I could meet Donald and find out what it all involved. Felt confident and at ease straight away and quite quickly decided I wanted to have it done with Donald doing it. Chose to have both legs done for varicose veins which took about an hour and half. Felt I was in professional hands throughout the procedure. The friendly nature of Donald and nurse Clive help me relax as much as I possibly could under the circumstances. Follow-up care was good with both their contacts if I need them. 4 week fup appointment with USS to look if the veins had responded to treatment gave me reassurance all was well. Veins do look worse before they get better but it is a 6 month process and will be worth it in the end. Would highly recommend Premier Veins .

In February, I received treatment for my varicose veins. Both Mr Adam and Clive were excellent. I can recommend Premier Veins whole heartedly. I initially telephoned Premier Veins and found Ruth and Teri to be extremely helpful. Thank you. The 30-minute consultation was very informative. Mr Adam used an ultrasound scan to fully diagnose my vein condition. At every stage, he talked me through the findings, and I was able to see what was happening in my veins on the screen in front of me. Mr Adam is very knowledgeable and explained the medical issues clearly to me (a non-medical patient.) I was given the opportunity to ask any questions that I might have. On treatment day, I had radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy (UGFS.) The treatment was relatively quick and pain free. During the procedure, Mr Adam explained that everything was going very well which I greatly appreciated. The post treatment care instructions were great. I was given Mr Adam and Clive’s mobile phone numbers. I did send 2 WhatsApp messages on Tuesday’s Solihull clinic day and these were responded to very promptly. I found the advice I was given very reassuring. 4 weeks after treatment, I attended a follow up appointment which was also very helpful. This is another great opportunity to ask any questions. Mr Adam gave me lots of excellent advice. I would like to thank Mr Adam and Clive for their kindness, humour and expertise. This procedure has improved my quality of life. I should have come to see Mr Adam years ago.

I have had the varicose veins that were present in my right leg treated by Mr Donald Adam at Premier Veins Solihull. Mr Adam is not the stereotypical dour Scot of legend but instead a relaxed fellow, humourous even I'd go so far as to say. And this manner does help quell one's anxieties I found, but only because he also exudes an air of knowing exactly what he's doing. During the operation itself - which you are awake for by the way - you get to observe that varicose veins treatment actually really is like child's play for him, and that the previous confidence he had inspired was not misplaced. As a bonus, he also gave me a useful tip at the post-op appointment regarding uphill running (for which there was no charge).

Donald Adam did the procedure on my leg. He was professional, friendly and gentle throughout. The actual procedure is a little uncomfortable - the worst part was the injection of the local anaesthetic. I am very squeamish but Donald chatted to me (and my husband who was sitting in the next room). I had the procedure done in early December 2025. I followed all the instructions for after care. You need to wear a support stocking afterwards, be mobile as much as possible but keep leg elevated when sitting. If you have concerns about bruising or other issues you can message Donald and he always responded quickly. This isn’t a short process and you need to commit to aftercare and stick with it. It’s nearly three months now and my legs looks much better and more importantly I don’t have the pain anymore because the vein is gone!

I’ve been using Premier Veins for a few years for bilateral varicose veins treatment on larger veins and thread veins. For the first time in 40 years (I’ve had varicose veins since I was 17) …. My legs look vein free. Such lovely medical staff and doctors. Highly recommend for a speedy and affordable local treatment.

Thank you for this clinical procedure that you have carried out on my left Leg by doing a Ultrasound Foam Sclerotherapy. Dr Martin Claridge was very helpful, friendly and professional and assured me that I was well informed about every detail of the procedure and offered continued help and support. I have been suffering with circulation problems due to the damaged valve in my Vein for over 4 years now which I believe was caused by the covid vaccine. Dr Martin and his Nurse have helped me in diagnosing the problem right down to the exact Vein and managed to close it off for me so that the spider veins have now dissapeared and my circulation problems should now also be gone. I am very grateful for their work and would highly recommend them to anyone suffering with similar problems. Thank you for the work that you do, take care and God bless you.

I had a varicose vein running from my groin down the front of my left leg to my lower leg, and it really affected my confidence. I never felt comfortable dressing how I wanted. Honestly, this procedure was the best money I’ve ever spent on myself — I’m overwhelmed with the results. The treatment itself didn’t hurt; I just had some bruising afterwards. Both doctors I saw were incredibly professional and an absolute pleasure to meet. I would 100% recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
