I received excellent service from start to finish. After discovering a cracked window, the team arrived promptly to remove it and securely board up the opening. Within a few days, the replacement window was ready and professionally installed. They ensured everything was left clean and tidy once the job was completed. A highly professional and efficient team and I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Arriving promptly after my break-in, my door windows were boarded up and replacements ordered. Windows replaced efficiently and plastic door frame repaired so well you could hardly tell the difference. Highly recommended

Thank you Brendan. We recently had an emergency where some glass had fallen out of a window and we required the window to be boarded at short notice. Luckily Brendan was able to help and came out on a Saturday morning to get the window secured. A fantastic service. Have saved your details for the future incase needed again. Would 100% recommend.

After a break in to our house we called Premier Security London. Brendan was here in 30 mins and had the break in site boarded up very securely in no time. After a very stressful ordeal it was great to have someone come so quickly who knew exactly what to do to resecure the house. Highly recommended.

Brendon was an absolute gem! I was having issues with the locks on my doggy door, and he came out promptly and sorted it all out with no fuss. Super friendly, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. What really impressed me was his honesty no upselling, no pressure, just solid advice and quality work. He genuinely cares about getting things right for his customers. He even went above and beyond by replacing a tricky front door lock and tightening everything up so it all works smoothly now. Wonderful service. Brendan was super responsive when I called at the end of the day worried that my lock was suddenly sounding odd and about to go. He was here 7am next morning to look at it, replacement ordered and back a day to fix it. He is very diligent and knows his craft inside out. I called late on a Sunday night about a dodgy front door, and he was at my place by 7:30am the next morning—seriously impressive! He replaced a tricky lock and tightened everything up so it’s now working perfectly and smoothly. What really stood out was his integrity—no upselling, no unnecessary extras. He clearly just wants the best for his clients and takes real pride in his work. He even threw in a new door handle for our back door at no extra cost. Friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient—can’t recommend Premier Security highly enough!

He returned the following day to measure up for replacement glass and then kept me informed as to timelines. The refit all went smoothly and again on time, efficient and tidied up. Brendan has been absolutely incredible from start to finish. We had a break in on a Saturday night. He was the only person to actually answer despite all the other companies’ claims that they were 24 hour. When he came he helped clean everything up and made us secure straightaway. And he made ordering and installing the new pane so easy. It looks perfect. I cannot recommend him enough. He has also been kind, patient, and unfailingly helpful. He has restored my faith in humanity.
