Excellent service! I was required to sell a domestic property due to a bereavement but was unable to be at the location due to a medical condition. Premier Properties were more than helpful, providing a professional, friendly service. I was guided through the process with the minimum of fuss. Any issues were dealt with promptly and the property was sold after a very short period of time.I would recommend this company to anyone with property to buy or sell and would not hesitate to use their services again. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Premier Properties. From my first meeting with Cara, during which she explained the process, the costs, and the service they would provide, I felt confident in their ability. They did everything they told me would be done and more. They carried out the viewings & I noticed their agent always arrived early to ensure a good experience for the prospective buyer. I was involved in the negotiation stage and again, it was all extremely professional. All staff with whom I was in contact were delightful I thought the cost was reasonable & the service excellent, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Premier Properties Perth.

Gazump experience with poor communication Premier properties enabled gazump process to occur with their sellers. Although alleged to have followed process. Communication was unclear when asking for further information after 2 days of to and fro they then provided more clarity into gazump situation that occurred. They provided unclear information on how this occurred. Requesting increased offers to our solicitor after a verbal acceptance in order to get the best for their client who had received a new higher offer after verbal acceptance. It has worked well for client. as a buyer it is unfortunate and poor communication from this company.

We are sorry that you feel disappointed with the service you have been provided. We do not provide virtual viewings as part of our lettings service, and our procedures do not allow for you to take up tenancy of a property without viewing it first. We did offer you a viewing slot and the opportunity to nominate a person to possibly view the property on your behalf. We understand the logistical challenge of trying to attend a viewing when you currently live in England. We have developed our own procedures and policies as a company, and whilst they may differ from what you are used to down south, it is not something we will deviate from.

We do take all of our reviews and feedback seriously, we thank you for your time in enquiring about properties with us and wish you all the best in finding a new property to let.
