Paul carried out a full flush of our heating system (15 radiators) and the service was of the highest quality from start to finish.
My heating system is very old. The pump was ancient and some of the plumbing is decidedly odd in places such as an overflow tank with multiple feeds for no obvious reason. Paul spent time assessing the situation, suggesting solutions and carrying out the work to get everything into a state where he could start the flush. All this preparatory work was carefully explained and discussed and it’s worth saying there was no pressure to buy expensive add-ons or extra services.
After the prep work, which took a long time, Paul got on with the flushing. Once again, he took time to explain the process and show me what he was doing and the chemicals used. It’s a very thorough process which includes dealing with each radiator individually, using a power tool to agitate the sludge in the radiator and then flushing each radiator one by one.
With all the prep work on the old plumbing and 15 radiators to deal with Paul was with me for over 12 hours. That was far longer than expected but he was still smiling (just about!) at the end and there was no letting up until the job was done.
I can’t recommend Paul highly enough. He’s clearly passionate about what he does and a very professional guy.
He’s also a good communicator. After I found him online and asked for a quote by email he called me very quickly to discuss the job and gave me a clear (and very reasonable) quote. He followed that up with a written confirmation. The day before he was due to come out he reconfirmed and let me know what time he’d be there (in fact he was early on the day, which was lucky given the extra work that was required!). It was also nice that the day after he gave me a call to check that everything was OK and that I was satisfied with everything. I really appreciated the call.
The last thing to say is that the work has made a massive difference the heating. All the strange noises have disappeared and the radiators are throwing out more heat than I ever thought possible.

I am writing to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Paul. I originally booked a power flush after being advised by a boiler engineer that my radiators required it.
Paul was very thorough in explaining the process. During the appointment, it became apparent that there were underlying issues with the boiler itself. Paul demonstrated great expertise in finding ways to work around these challenges. After clearing the radiators, he diagnosed the specific faults with the boiler and took the time to speak directly with my boiler company to explain his findings. This ensured the next engineer knew exactly what was needed to fix the unit.
I cannot recommend Paul highly enough for his expertise and help in pinpointing the problem. Furthermore, despite the extra time that was needed and the need for extra chemicals, the final price I was charged matched the original quote. Many thanks!

Paul completed a power flush of our system as we were having repeated issues with our boiler due to debris in the system. Everything was very efficient and smooth, the work was carried out professionally with great communication from the first phone call to the work being completed.

We have been without heating for 5 months so we contacted Paul of Premier Powerflush who fortunately had a cancellation and came the very next day. He arrived at the time he said he would and quickly got set up without any disturbance to us. Paul works in a methodical way and quickly diagnosed the problem.
We were amazed at equipment he had in his well maintained van, all of which looked like they were just from a show room as they were so clean.
When he had connected all the various hoses up he said watch the clear tube which had a shiny silver rod in it. Wow, what a surprise the shiny tube was now covered in a black substance which Paul said was metal. He said that is what was preventing radiators from heating up.
He continued to flush the system until the water was clear.
Not only did he completely flush the system he also fitted an additional valve to the FE tank in the loft which would come in very handy when servicing the system in the future and saving water.
He allowed me to walk around the house observing the 13 radiators and heated towel rail with his Thermal Imaging camera. Every radiator was glowing red with no cold spots.
When he left he told me to contact him if there any more problems, I cannot envisage there will be as the system is working like it did some 21 years ago.
Would I recommend Paul, most certainly as he left me with a fully working system and no mess to clear up.

Paul and his team knew what they were doing, had the correct specialist equipment and were able to diagnose and resolve the problems from sludge in our boiler and heating system. They were cheerful, and concerned to leave the place tidy. I thought the job was competitively priced as well, and am expecting the heating to work much better.

Paul was very professional, friendly and worked cleanly. He completed the flush of our system and also replaced some valves and a pump. Obviously our heating was playing up when it was freezing so it was reassuring to know it’s all working well now! He also managed to work around our crazy dog!!!
The engineer called Ian was very friendly, helpful and professional. Explained what he was doing at each stage and got shown pictures and videos of all the muck that was coming out of our central heating. Made sure the central heating was fully working again before he competed the job. I was able to arrange the booking very easily via WhatsApp and would highly recommend this company, we got this done because we had a home inspection done which thought the reason for our boiler problems was a blockage somewhere, now the radiators are getting very hot like never before and hopefully that’s fixed the problem. Good price paid compared to other companies I enquired with. A thorough and professional job.
