Service above and beyond. I called Premier after receiving an exorbitant bill. The office staff and Levi, who did the repair work, were exemplary in all aspects. Levi came through very next morning; asset the problem, suggesting solutions and would return on 4/17 to fix the problem, To my surprise, he text me that he had finished another job earlier and came by 4/16. He not only did the repair but put my yard back into its original pristine appearance. My whole experience with the staff was outstanding in all aspects. The staff also made me aware that I should contact Moore County Public Works for a Leak Adjustment Request.

Matt was dispatched to our community for a water line break. He showed up and got done to business immediately. He not only repaired the pipe but did so using better quality parts. He was very conscientious about the job and even cleaned the affected area before he left. True old school customer service which is hard to find. Thanks Matt!!!!! Thanks Premier!!

I had a great experience with Premier Plumbing. They were quick to respond and provided excellent service. My landscaper accidentally damaged the main line connected to the backflow system. I reached out to Premier Plumbing, and they promptly sent a technician. Unfortunately, the first technician didn’t resolve the issue correctly, and the line started leaking again shortly after he left. I emailed Sarah Chivington, the office manager, and she responded quickly, arranging for a second technician, Matthew Watson, to come out. Matthew was outstanding—he listened to the problem, assured me he would fix it properly, and did an amazing job. His customer service and knowledge were exceptional. Thank you, Premier Plumbing, for making things right. I was feeling stressed about the situation, and your professionalism really helped put my mind at ease.

Second time we had this company out for work. First time they did a fine job. Not the second time. We had a tub/shower that would drip when off. The tech fiddled with it, said it was too corroded to fix and went straight to the $600 nuclear option of cutting a hole in the wall and replacing the entire unit. Worst part was that he left with the drip now a flow to the point that we needed to shut off the water so the septic tank wouldn't fill up. He did say he was "sorry" as he handed a bill over $100. The next day another plumber came out, fixed the leak. He even wondered how Premier could have fully evaluated the condition without even taking the faceplate off. We have to wonder if this is even the same owner or management as our first call since the two experiences are 180-degrees different.

Ii highly recommend Premier Plumbers and 'm so pleased with the service we received from Connor. He did a great job on our rental house that is 70 years old. We had another company come out that couldn't clear the grease clog in our kitchen. It took Connor less than a hour to remedy the problem. I'm going out and have a drink tonight! Thanks Connor and Premier Plumbers.

After all the rain Hurricane Debby deposited my daughter’s septic problems were a nightmare. I stayed at my daughters awaiting the plumbers (who undoubtely were over worked due to all the problems in the area). Connor Baftnik with Premier Plumbers was excellent. He was able to detect the problem areas, was friendly, courteous and extremely neat. It is so refreshing having a nice young man with good work ethic working for your company. I highly recommend Connor and Premier Plumbers for all your needs.

We decided to have our unit re-piped, we were reluctant because we were not going to be there while the work was being done. Kac Carpenter spent a good deal of time explaining the procedure and we also decided to have our aging water heater replaced at the same time. They encountered an issue with the circuit breaker. Not being there, we thought would be a problem but Kac re-assured us they would take care of it. We were very impressed with the degree of Premiers professionalism. We highly recommend them.
