We had the pleasure of working with Jacob, Jacob, and Nas for our recent move. I couldn't recommend them more! Hiring movers is stressful and it's awkward to have random people in your home handling all of your belongings but these three really made the experience less stressful and relieved the awkward feeling quickly. They were friendly, professional, and extremely efficient!

I can’t recommend Premier Movers — and especially Jacob — highly enough! He personally drove from Jax all the way to Atlanta by himself to deliver my late father’s belongings and handled everything with such care and respect. He moved large, heavy pieces like dressers and headboards that I honestly can’t believe one person could manage — and not a single wall, ceiling, or stair was scratched in the process. Truly exceptional service and compassion with a great price. I would choose Jacob and Premier Movers again and again!
One of the best moving companies we have ever used and we have moved 23 times around the country. They were on time, careful with our furniture and made sure we were comfortable with everything they moved. They moved our hot tub very professionally. They had all the tools and equipment necessary. We couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you so much!! We will use you again!! Highly recommend to everyone!!
Premier Movers misleads customers, damages property, and refuses accountability. Their business practices are deceptive, their service is careless, and their customer support is nonexistent. Save yourself the stress and potential loss. Several of the movers worked hard and some of them were kind but there were many problems.
They assured us our furniture would be fully wrapped for protection but it wasn’t. The packing was chaotic and many items were left inside furniture, which was then loaded upside down. As a result, pieces and contents were damaged. They also put a hole in the wall of our new house. Now they claim the significant damage is "minor" and refuse to take responsibility. Repairs will cost us hundreds of dollars.
We booked four movers but only three showed up. When I asked for a revised contract, the owner promised two additional movers would help unload to get me to sign the contract but those movers never showed up. The three movers were exhausted, leading to delays, extra time, and even more damage.
At the end of the move the movers convinced us to sign the final contract at a higher cost than the original estimate (including a surprise credit card fee) by promising to repair the hole they made in our wall and pay us for the furniture damage. After payment, the owner denied responsibility for any of it and disappeared. We also discovered after the movers left that several items were missing.
As a woman alone at the house while they packed and moved, the whole experience was very uncomfortable. The movers repeatedly used the bathroom at both houses without washing their hands (they packed the soap), then returned to handling our belongings. One mover spent an hour in the bathroom on one day (and we paid for that time). I was pressured to tip the movers before they even finished the job. One mover cornered me in a closed room, asking me to let them load our belongings early and keep them overnight on the truck with a “pinkie promise” that everything would be fine, despite that not being the owner's plan.
Finally, beware... They are not licensed for interstate moves.
Jacob and Chance were absolutely fantastic! Their service was efficient, quick, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. They worked like a well-oiled machine and made everything smooth and stress-free. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would! Highly recommend this crew!
Just a quick note to let you all know that Jacob, Lucas and Nas were great. Super efficient, had great feedback from the couple that sold me the hot tub saying they were in and out like Pros, and very considerate of their property. They got the job done on time and were super pleasant as well. Highly recommend.
Well just checked back and my terrible review and pictures have been deleted. I don’t know why Google deleted as I was giving a honest review. If you are planning to move out of state, think twice about using this company. A lot of damage done to sentimental items. Pictures were posted of an antique curio cabinet from my mother in law, with lion’s feet at bottom chipped, one of the shelves in the curio was cracked, my brand new printers inside glass was cracked, had to buy a replacement($350), shredder was dropped and hanging bull horns one side was broken. Items weren’t wrapped properly. I can go on . When my husband did finally speak with owner he said his insurance only could cover approximately 65 cents a lb. To me, that isn’t enough insurance. Good luck!

Roger, Lukas, Nas was an amazing group to work with. Roger in the office easy to reach and talk to. Lukas and Nas didn’t miss a beat with my move. Took all the worries out of this move for us. Mind you this is the photo of the dreaded couch that started the conversation of hiring movers and these guys moved it effortlessly. They kept me informed and didn’t waste their time to get me moved. Keeping in mind my time and money. Will be returning on the next move.
The team of Lucas , NASA’s and Cody was excellent in all of their work. Very professional and knowledgeable in their work. I highly recommend that they all be given a raise for the wonderful and expert service that they gave us today. Made our move very smooth from start to finish.

They made moving way too easy! They estimated moving our house would take 6.5 hours including drive-time and they ended up finishing in half that time. They arrived right on time in the morning, were careful with our items, transparent about their pricing, and made sure our furniture and boxes were placed exactly where we wanted them before they pulled away. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!
