I contacted Premier insulation to do my Mass Save energy assessment. From start to finish, there were wonderful to work with. John Dryer was excellent and very knowledgeable. The workers that insulated our attic and garage ceiling always showed up on time , were polite and left our home spotless. I highly recommend this company.
We recently contacted Premier Insulation to install insulation in the mother-in-law apartment we’re building. They came out immediately to review the project and offered a number of approaches. Their proposal listed the available approaches for the walls and for the overhead area and provided costs per square foot for each area and each option. We eventually selected open cell foam for the walls and cellulose on the ceiling. However, later on, and due to our HVAC equipment, we decided to go with open cell foam overhead as well. Premier suggested foaming the underside of the roof, which solved a bunch of problems, and did not cause a big cost increase. The work was done quickly but meticulously, with remarkable concentration on sealing the space and other details.
We have been very happy with Premier Insulation! They are responsive, pleasant, know their business thoroughly, and are very easy to work with. We have already been passing the good word and will not hesitate to recommend them enthusiastically.

Super easy to work with. Got me on schedule right away and did the whole building in a day. The guys cleaned up everything before they left. Hands down the best Insulation company I've worked with so far. I highly recommend then and will use them again on future projects.

5/5 experience with Premier Insulation! We had reached out to the company to request a home energy assessment to take advantage of the Mass Save initiatives here in Mass. The office was very responsive and immediately sent out a service rep to perform the assessment. They were knowledgeable and made relevant recommendations for our old colonial home.
The installation crew (Chris and Jordan) came out for 2 days and installed insulation in our attic, as well as weatherized the rest of our house (including vapor barriers and weather seals on all of our doors). They were absolutely stellar, they were very respectful of our home. They vacuumed and mopped inside after they completed, and swept our driveway as well! I cannot recommend them enough for your insulation, home energy assessment needs. Thank you so much and thank you Chris and Jordan for the amazing help with our home!
First of all I need to say thanks to Pan who recommended premier insulation and premier energy to me. They provided one stop service including mass save assessment, mass save insulation and heat pump installation. They serve both residential and commercial clients. I just finished mass save assessment and installed 110K BUT hybrid air to air heat pumps. I could not be more happy. The price is most competitive. The response is perfect and the crew are very friendly and helpful. You can tell that they really care about you and really want you to be 100% satisfied. The mass save insulation project is not completed yet. I will report back when it is complete. In short, highly recommend them.

Would Highly recommend. They are very responsive and walk you through everything. The install crew were very respectful of our property and really care about the work they do. They answered any questions I had. They installed 5 heat pumps inside and 2 outdoor condenser units in one day! Thanks again fellas! 👍🏼

Had premier insulate an unfinished 1/2 story space (1000 sqft.) above a previously insulated garage with 2X12 rafters. Premier did closed cell foam on the underside of the roof, which had 3 dormers, for a moisture barrier with a 7 to 8 inch overlay of open cell foam. The 2X6 vertical walls were 6” of open cell. The final result exceeded code for the roof. The installer was very conscientious about minimizing dirt and dust outside the space that was insulated. Insulation is messy. Though the crew cleaned the space, customers should expect a “ready for a drywall crew” level of cleanup, not a “ready to live in the space” level of cleanup. Bottom line, I would use Premier again.

Do Not Use For Mass Save
Do not use this company for Mass Save. They told us they couldn’t do the energy audit due to our gas provider which was fine. The issue is they still sent someone out who disrespected our household immensely. My wife was home alone, and despite being told numerous times that we cannot use them for the mass save program, the worker barged into our house ignoring all of the protests against this. He continued to ignore my wife saying we couldn’t do the program, and walked through the entire house and basement. I had to call him while driving, and even after asking him to leave and explaining the audit was cancelled, he still fought against leaving until I had to sternly tell him to leave. This situation was extremely uncomfortable and made us feel unsafe in our own home.

They foamed the 2nd story of my garage walls, under roof, and under floor (ceiling of downstairs in garage). They arranged to come out and give me a quote within days of my initial contact. He recommended some options that saved me money over what I thought I had needed. Installation was scheduled pretty quickly after I approved the estimate. Their price was so good compared to others that I was able to increase the thickness in the walls and still save money!
Stop wasting your time w/ other HVAC crews. Not a single one on the north shore that I dealt with was able to give me an honest price, or an honest diagnoses of a major issue with our system. All said it needed full replacement, but Premier was the ONLY crew to actually find the issue, and they came in at a better price and w/ some of the finest work I have ever seen (I deal w/ installation oversight on a regular basis in the restaurant industry.)
Brett, Noah, and Cam and Francis hit it out of the park and were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. Give this crew a ring you will not be disappointed.
