Tim, from Premier Inspections did a very thorough job. As a result, we were able to buy our new home with our eyes wide open knowing all the pluses and minuses involved. We were also in a position to know about things we should be upgrading as well as things that might go wrong in the future. I strongly recommend this company.

The inspector, Tim was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out the problems and provided possible solutions. He later provided a detailed written report with photos. The overall experience was positive and worth the piece of mind it provided.

Tim was very professional and had good communication from the outset. Tim was on time for the inspection and brought his own gear. He was patient in going through all aspects of the home inspection and was patient in explaining all the pros and cons of all points examined. He also provided with a detailed report after the inspection which detailed out all the points inspected and also further actions and costs as required. I would recommend Tim 100%.
