Don provides a quality service at a great price. I thought my son’s carpet would have to be replaced but he made it look like new. I can’t recommend his business enough! He did seven rooms in our house.

Eric was so professional and knowledgeable on the care for carpets and different products of what I should and shouldn't be using. 10/10 recommend them for anyone. Eric took his time and made sure to give us a very through and detailed service. My basement flooded, and this company made me wait three months for new carpet installation—not due to a busy schedule, but because they claimed they called once, got a wrong number, and never followed up with an email or further attempts. Turns out, they had the correct number and never actually called. When they finally came to install, they parked in front of my full trash can on the street, blocking it on trash day, instead of using my empty driveway. As a result, the garbage truck skipped my pickup. When I raised the issue, their response was, “Sounds like a garbage man problem.” The customer service was awful. Additionally, the installer left every basement light on and simply left after saying the carpet was wet and to stay off it. Overall, the service was terrible. In my opinion, avoid this company—they don’t respect your home or property and you should take your business elsewhere.

To clarify: our team was contracted just a week ago by a third-party company to install carpet padding in your basement—not three months ago. I personally scheduled the job with your wife, and we have phone records to confirm that communication. Once the padding was ordered and ready for pickup, we scheduled the installation at the earliest available time.
Regarding parking, your home is located on a curve in a cul-de-sac with multiple vehicles already on-site. We initially parked behind your vehicles and even moved to allow one of your trucks to exit. Ultimately, we selected a space that allowed us to safely access our tools and materials—standard procedure for carpet installation.
As for the trash bin issue, we were not aware it was trash day, and no one on-site mentioned the need to move the bin. Had anyone brought it to our attention, we would have gladly adjusted our parking or moved the bin to ensure pickup. However, it’s not reasonable to expect our team to be responsible for local waste collection schedules, and we did not refuse to help—we simply suggested contacting your trash provider regarding the missed pickup.
Lastly, our installer completed the job and advised that the carpet should remain undisturbed while it dried, which is a normal part of the process. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lights being left on—they should have been turned off, and that was an oversight on our part.
We aim to deliver respectful, high-quality service on every job. While we regret that this experience didn’t meet your expectations, we’d be happy to speak directly if you’d like to further discuss these issues.

I was kept informed every step of the way with cost updates and progress with the project. I was provided with access to insurance industry experts providing me with solutions to the common roadblocks and tactics the insurance company was using to deny coverage for damage to the property. Premier worked as the main contractor overseeing the project utilizing quality sub-contractors to rebuild the property and provide quality guidance. Premier supported every aspect of the project from start to finish.
