Always friendly staff. A very professional optician and lots of good advice.

I've been with Premier Eye Care for many years, and my recent visit was exceptional. The staff were incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every part of my eye test, including taking pictures of the back of my eyes and checking eye pressure. They made sure I fully understood what was happening and why. They also chose the perfect prescription for me and even took my health needs into account, adding a blue tint to my lenses to help with my Irlen's Syndrome. When it came time to choose a frame, I was very particular, and Shona was unbelievably patient. We tried on nearly every frame in the shop, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I couldn't decide immediately, so I came back later in the day, and Shona was just as patient the second time. Together, we found the perfect fit, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer throughout the entire process. Even when I picked up my glasses, the staff listened to how I wanted them adjusted, and everything was spot on. I can't recommend Premier Eye Care enough—they truly go above and beyond for their customers!

I couldn’t be happier with my 2 new pairs of glasses (reading and driving). I am Autistic but the staff made me feel at ease and even though I was quoted 2 weeks delivery the glasses came within a week. Top notch service, great selection of glasses, topped with a 5 ***** service

I was seen last week by Shona, which was very helpful in helping me find the perfect pair if glasses. Shone then followed up by ringing me to let me know my glasses were ready. I picked them up on the 8th August and again Shona was very professional and always polite and really helpful. Shona is a great asset to your showroom. Thankyou for a lovely experience.

Very friendly staff and look after us well especially when I'm in there all the time fixing my child's glasses. They have lots of frames to choose from and are honest if they don't suit you. They are also patient if you take a while to choose.

Such friendly helpful staff really make you feel at ease. Highly recommended!

The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Hayley dealt with me and my son. Hayley explained what glasses would be best for my son which made it easier to choose a pair. Hayley helped me choose a pair for myself and explained all the different lenses available. Thanks for helping us.

Really lovely and helpful staff. Looked after myself and my two children. My daughter was very fussy but the ladies were all so helpful and patient and she finally chose the right pair after two visits! Can't thank them enough. All the team are great, including the optometrist herself. We will always return to this store in the future. Highly recommended.

I must say that customer service was excellent. The young lady that dealt with me, Kitty McLeod, was very polite and explained all the different options and prices. Nothing was too much bother for her . Highly delighted with the price and quality of the product. Will highly recommend to friends and family. .
