The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Hayley dealt with me and my son. Hayley explained what glasses would be best for my son which made it easier to choose a pair. Hayley helped me choose a pair for myself and explained all the different lenses available. Thanks for helping us.

My experience throughout at the Castleford branch has been excellent from my eye test, choosing my glasses and picking them up. All the staff are very friendly and professional, explaining everything.

Really lovely and helpful staff. Looked after myself and my two children. My daughter was very fussy but the ladies were all so helpful and patient and she finally chose the right pair after two visits! Can't thank them enough. All the team are great, including the optometrist herself. We will always return to this store in the future. Highly recommended.

I must say that customer service was excellent. The young lady that dealt with me, Kitty McLeod, was very polite and explained all the different options and prices. Nothing was too much bother for her . Highly delighted with the price and quality of the product. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

Me and my wife had our eyes tested recently at Premier Eyecare in Castleford. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the optometrist was very professional and helpful. The quality of the frames and varifocals is excellent. My wife wears single vision and the glasses were ready within a week! Overall service is exceptional, tailored to each individuals requirements. I would definitely recommend them to anyone local.
